Took over 40 minutes to get my order I did online. Guy making sandwiches was moving at a snails pace. People standing in the back not doing anything. More worried about drive thru. Wasn’t paying attention to any of the online orders. Going to tell me sorry for the wait. Freaky slow is more like it!! I let corporate know and will be getting my money back!!

This will be the last time. Stores dead 3 making sandwiches 1 at the counter. The guy that finished my sandwich sat my sandwich all the way to the left side of the counter and rudely called my name twice. And refused to bag it and give the rest of my order no bag no cookies no napkins just the receipt when I asked where’s the rest of my order he said cookies overthrew this is a self service location. No its not you were just too lazy to put in in a bag. To top it all off the app lost all my info so since I’m not coming back I deleted it. Ordered double protein there is not double protein on my sandwich!! Looks as if to only have 1/2 protein.

Used to love Jimmy John’s don’t know what happened to this location. Everytime I get a Mobil order and show up 20 mins later they haven’t even started the food they wait for me to walk in. What’s the point of ordering Mobil then. On top of all of that I got sick from a chicken wrap the chicken was mad stinky. Haven’t gone back since getting sick.

meat/cheese/bread isnt that hard. thus was after the lady that ran it up told the guy again , what does he do EVERY INGREDIENT ON THE TABLE, and calls it out meat cheese bread . for me to unwrap go NOPE. I just left and went to Jersey Mike’s atkeast they got it right.

I’ve only ever order delivery so I cannot comment on the store itself. But the staff is awesome. Every person that has ever delivered has been so friendly.
My sandwich is always made how I like. The Italian Night Club with Cucmbers is my favorite! The veggies are always very fresh.

The food is alright, but the service sucks. It’s a 50/50 chance if they’re going to actually hand you the food, or they’re gonna to yell “NUMBER 4!!!” and set it on the counter during a busy day so that you have to find your sandwich after someone else grabbed it. Just hand the food out, people, seriously. I will *not* be coming back to this location because I had to find my sandwich after another customer had already grabbed it. Gross, gross, gross.

Went on a weekday evening, there was one male worker who was doing all the work and a woman who had a nasty attitude. We wanted to change our order after realizing the size difference between a regular and a giant and the lady said that she would have to delete our whole order and we should’ve told her from the beginning. I was too stunned to speak to say anything. After she took our order she hid in the restroom or office while the other employee had to take orders and make food for the dinner rush.
