So I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Jimmy John’s (9079 Katy Fwy) instead of the 9778 Katy Fwy — totally my mistake, I own that. What I don’t own is the fact that no one apparently works at the 9079 location to answer the phone.
I realized my mistake literally two minutes later (at 2:52 PM), called to cancel, and then called 9 more times. Twelve. Still no answer. Not once. Are there no employees? No phone? A ghost kitchen, maybe?
I wasn’t even mad about placing the order wrong — I was mad that no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. Customer service 101: answer the phone.
If this is what “Freaky Fast” means now, I guess it only applies to taking money, not to actually helping customers.

She helped me with menu questions and offered helpful suggestions. Alfredo was efficient behind the counter, expertly preparing sandwiches with care, and he even double-checked my customizations without hesitation.
My sandwich was fresh, well made, and packed with flavor, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and speedy service. I also noticed Maria checking in on customers, making sure everyone was enjoying their meal—a rare and appreciated touch in a fast-food environment.

Really impressed by this location. They’re pretty busy during the lunch rush, but I order online and my sandwich is always ready on time, consistent quality, always fresh and delicious, and the employees provide excellent customer service. Parking isn’t the best, but it’s okay. Best Jimmy John’s! The location is also extremely convenient.

They legitimately don’t answer the phone. They sent the wrong order, I called 15 times, one time someone answered then hung up, so I know the phone works. Every other call just rang off the hook. Terrible experience.

Sadly i have gone to this business for at least 10 years. Today i bought a sandwich and a potato salad online, go to pick it up and the salad is not there. We were told they do not make them at noon, I asked for a refund and the manager refused to give it, instead he said to pick a cookie or chips, I let him know he salad was 3 dollars plus tax, and I had also added tip to this order. He proceeded to give me a drink and chips but not nicely nor understanding at all. Sadly I will not order online ever again since their policy is not to refund customers for an item they do not have.
