Always is 5 stars. But…. Room for improvement
Move the onions to the front. So you stop getting onion in the lettuce. This has happened a few times, today is my last day ordering lettuce for this reason. 2nd when I order extra mayo. I want you to basically toss the 1 gallon jar above the oven on my sandwich. Ordering extra here at this location is no different than getting regular. I know you have it don’t be afraid to use it .
The staff are always super friendly, very professional, and know how to make one amazing sandwich

I’ve gone in a couple times and picked up my food, and the people are really nice. However, the bread at ten o’clock in the morning was hard like it had been sitting out all night. So I haven’t gone back in the store, but i’ve ordered online. Three times in the last month, just because it’s convenient. Anyway, each time and three different sandwiches. Two french bread and one sandwich bread and they were hard like they’ve been sitting out. And today my diet coke was flat. I even shook the bottle and there was no carbonation. So i’m done with this place. The food is substandard for a Jimmy John’s.

Best roast beef ive had at any sandwich shop! I love the #10 hunters club toasted, and 2nd time in i had the roast beef and cheddar. The horseraddish sauce really compliments the sandwich. The service was quick, and the employees were theatrical. Would rate 6 stars if possible

The employees there are super friendly, they keep the store clean, get your order done quickly and made correctly. Even if I make additions to my sandwich, I never have to worry about them forgetting it. Highly recommend if you’re craving a sandwich, I’ve been multiple times since they opened and have not been disappointed once.

Tried to order from Uber, but the app was saying that the store was canceling my order. I called the store to let them know there was some issue, and the team member is spoke to was super nice and was able to take my order over the phone. I really appreciated the customer service. Put an order in late Halloween night and these sandwiches hit the spot. The crew at JJs killed it, the sandwiches were still put together with care and were fresh, even with closing time coming up quick.
