This place is about as reliable as a Machamp that knows Strength. Accurate orders, quick prep, and no nonsense. I’ve been coming here regularly and only encountered one flat soda, which felt like a rare wild encounter. The staff greets you warmly and waits patiently while you figure out your order, and the place stays clean like a well-run Pokemon Gym.
If you’re hunting for a solid sandwich, this one’s an easy capture.

I literally just walked out of this store and the manager is VERY rude. I walked in, I didn’t get greeted. I went to ask him a question and he huffed and puffed making it very clear he didn’t want to speak with me or help me. I walked out the store without buying anything (which I intended on doing before I left). Place is nice and clean and the Manger rude and dirty acting. Simple. Soon as he saw I was black his whole body language changed and he was rude from start to finish with me. He makes this company look bad with his rude attitude. This isn’t the first time he has done this with African American customers. I understand if a person has had bad experiences with black people but don’t take what other people have done to you and take that out on everyone dude. I’m a hard working man I spend a lot of money at this food chain. To walk in and immediately feel like im not wanted or that I’m irritating you just by being in your workspace trying to buy food and ask a question is flat out wrong. This man needs to be replaced or he will slowly but surely ruin your sales at this location. HE DOES NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. And he’s not afraid to show it on his face when you walk in. I got the most unfriendly look I’ve ever gotten walking into this store. Not the young man at the cash register, THE MANAGER. I will neve return and I will be posting on social media and tell all my friends about this location.

Second time this month that my sandwich just never showed up , it’s crazy that you pay for something and then don’t receive it . Jimmy John’s is very close too losing me as a customer if not already and anytime I’m around a Jimmy John’s I will advice people too stay away not good business. 2 deliveries paid in full and never even showed up .

My two favorite sandwiches are the Spicy East Coast Italian and the pesto one they had a few months ago – and I always get them “unwiched”. This is a great place for a quick, filling, and healthy lunch. We also frequently order the party boxes for small meetings and events. When we have placed an order online, it’s always been ready on time and properly filled. Highly recommend for your next grab-n-go meal or office meeting.

No doubt top notch service here. When you dream of great customer service, this is what you hope to have when you wake up. Courtney, our server/cashier/manager helped us and she was awesome. Smiled, friendly and she even wrote hubby and wife on our sandwiches! You just don’t get this kind of service anywhere these days. The food was great and did the job but here, the service was stellar. Sure she was happy and helpful, but what made it remarkable was that she was the only employee in the shop. She wasn’t flustered at all. This FB location is the best. Wish all JJ’s we’re like it! Great job!
