Counter-serve chain specializing in sub & club sandwiches, plus signature potato chips.

I’ve had several good experiences at the Jimmy John’s on Main Street in Lewisville. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, the bread is soft, and the ingredients taste just how you expect from Jimmy John’s. When everything’s running smoothly, service is quick and convenient, which makes it a great spot to grab a meal when you’re short on time.
The staff has been friendly and helpful during my visits, and even during busier times they do their best to keep things moving. Overall, it’s a reliable location that delivers on quality and convenience. I’ll definitely continue stopping by when I’m in the area.

Don’t order the veggie sandwich if you’re expecting avocado spread. When I asked where my avocado spread was on my sandwich, I was told it was “hidden” in between the cheese. It’s so “hidden”, it’s like it’s not even there! When I asked for a sandwich with a little more avocado spread, I was met with a sigh, an eye roll, and even LESS avocado spread than my original sandwich!

Today my mother went to the drive thru to pick up one sandwich. She has done this many times and service has always been great. She has two arms but her left (closest to the drive thru window) is not mobile. This means she has to reach across her body to hand something to the cashier or get her items. She has handicapped license plates, a special steering wheel, and wears a brace- pretty obvious signs that she may need a little help. When asked to pay she had her card out and ready to hand to the cashier. Cashier pushed card reader terminal towards her. Mom explained that she couldn’t use her arm and needed help. She was told “I can’t do it for you,” so my mom replied that she supposed she wouldn’t be able to get her sandwich then. Cashier then pushes payment terminal closer so mom is able to insert her card for payment. Now mom has to unbuckle her seat belt, remove her immobile arm, open the car door, and insert her card. Cashier then tells my mom to complete the transaction (the tip screen). My mom explains she cannot see the options on the screen. Cashier tells her she can’t push the buttons for her, so mom says then she won’t leave a tip. Cashier tells her to push the green button then. Finally this transaction is over and mom goes home with sandwich. This will be her last visit, even though it’s a favorite. And I sincerely hope that the cashiers get some training on what service is, especially if they are dealing with someone who is handicapped. Not a good look, Jimmy John’s.

We ordered for delivery tonight and was charged on the card. A lady at Jimmy Johns stated that it was too far from their store to deliver even though we are 2.4 miles away from them. Not only that but the lady lied because we have ordered delivery from them before. We then said that we could come get it but still canceled the order without communicating this to us. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience, no one wants to deal with this type of service after dealing with the holidays and work on top of it. I recommend going to the Jimmy Johns off Denton Tap road in Coppell instead as they have great employees that will be happy to service you.

Went through the drive thru. The employee explained the reward system and talked me into signing up. She did a great job of promoting it. Sandwich was really good beach club and the freshest bread I have had from them in a long time.

Man, I wish I wrote this review right after my visit so I remember the gentlemans name, but he was so great. Its been a long time since my last visit to a jimmy John’s that I did not know what I wanted ot how the items come. With a constant warm smile he patiently answered all my idiotic questions lol
Good job guys

The sandwich was satisfactory, though I must say the $3 charge for a small beverage seemed quite steep and somewhat unexpected. It made me reconsider the overall value of the meal.

They must have new management. As this once fiercely fast and efficient eatery has dropped the ball. Maybe one day they’ll get it back. Slower service and mediocre customer facing staff.
Update: Sept 14th 2025 placed another online order for me and a coworker, and arrived in the drive-through line about 15 minutes after placing the order. Was hoping that the service had turned around since my last visit. If so, I would’ve gladly taken down my negative review of the way this place has changed.
Saw my two bags sitting on the shelf while I sat in the drive-through line and was expecting the freaky fast crew to run the bags out while the car in front of me sat there, that’s how it used to be
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Please get better, I know with proper training and expectations. Y’all could get your title back.

After having a not so great experience on Tuesday, I left a review and the owner reached out to me. She definitely made it right. She spoke with the team member and she called me personally and spoke with me and apologized for the situation. I think this says a lot about this location and the owner.

Arrived at 9:45pm to get a quick drive through sandwich and was told the toaster had been turned off so the sandwich wouldn’t be toasted (as it’s supposed to be). Coming from someone who worked in the fast food industry, if your sign says 10, you shut things off at 10. That’s what good customer service is. If you want to leave at 10, get a different shift. The last time i came in the evening, they ran out of bread. I come here all the time and the day crew is so much nicer and accommodating.
Save your money if you come passed 6pm.
