Tonight, 5/18/25, I had an incredible experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to the manager, Gabby. I came in craving the Vito Picklewich, even though I knew it was no longer on the menu. I asked if it was still possible to get it, and without hesitation, Gabby went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to accommodate a special request really stood out. The sandwich itself was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Gabby, for the outstanding service and unforgettable sandwich!

First I’d like to disclose I work here, although I wasn’t asked to post this and I didn’t Ok the post with anyone before posting. Good and fast cold cut sandwiches. They ‘don’t toast them. They also specialize in catering for large or small events. Deliveries are typically under 20min though during lunch and dinner rush times can get as long as an hour. Their hours are 10:30am-10pm 7 days a week. If you sign up for the rewards app you also get a free sub after your first order on the app. Staff are generally polite, friendly, and helpful. You can also Dine in though sitting is limited due to social distancing. In addition to no contact delivery, they also offer pick through the app or a phone call.

After waiting longer than usual was given a Britany’s order told it was Toni’s and forced into my hands. I’m not Cassie.. all I can hope is that Britany is not allergic to dogs as I had both my big and shedding dogs in the car.. as they took the bag back had me wait an additional 10min to get my food and was told my cookie is still frozen to just let it thaw before eating it.

What has happened to the service with this location? I remember ordering a sandwich a few months ago & it was delivered in 7 minutes flat. The last 2 times i ordered it took 45 minutes & 38 minutes on the second order. Both of these orders were placed later at night. (not during peak hours) Freaky slow if you ask me.
