They live up to their claims of being fast. I got my sandwich before I was done ordering it on one visit. It’s just cold cuts, but man the quality of the meat they use is superb, especially the roast beef. The crew is also friendly and welcoming.

Normally freaky fast as the commercials state and always fresh, today was the first time that I sat in the drive-through for a long time (~20 minutes for 5 cars compared to <5 minutes every other time). The employees are always very friendly, and they gave me a cookie and some kicking ranch dip on the house today, which I assume is due to the long wait as they apologized for the wait. The problem is once I got back to work, I unwrapped my sandwich and found that I had someone else's sandwich, and not only that, it was a lettuce wrap tuna club. I hate tuna unless it's sushi or fresh tuna steak, and I love their bread, which made today's experience a triple negative including the wait.
Despite having three major negative points today, I decided to post a positive review. Since opening, I have probably ate at the Jimmy John’s in Thibodaux over 50 times with all but one time using the drive-through and never had a single complaint. It’s probably one of the fastest and healthiest places to get lunch if that’s your thing, although I never get a lettuce wrap because I love the bread. So if you happen to have a bad experience like I did today, it’s not the typical experience.
Edit: The following day I returned for lunch. They were deliberately confirming orders at the delivery window, which I wondered if it was in response to knowing an order was mixed up the day before. I mentioned that my order was wrong the day before, and they asked if I was the one that got the tuna. I said yes, and they apologized and gave me a card for a couple free sandwiches. I was very impressed with the way they handled making a mistake, which reaffirms my positive rating despite the one negative experience.

Is it a requirement to be rude to work in Jimmy Johns drive thru? I had stopped going to this location for a while now I remember why.

Used to be great, lately it’s been hit and miss. Food is still good, but employees have been getting not so. Completely out of bread on one visit, another I was given the wrong sandwich and had to return, one employee working by themselves while another was leaning against a table talking on their cell, etc….

Good jimmy johns but not freaky fast like i am used to with them. Normaly i can order and have my food before i even pay. Here i can fill my drink sit down and eat half my chips before i get food. Still good however.
