Definitely not freaky fast. Everytime I order delivery it takes about an hour. If I order pickup, it takes about 5-10 minutes after I arrive. I don’t think they start it until I arrive and it usually takes me about 15 minutes to get here after I order, 5 minute drive. So about 25 minutes to get my sandwich even when calling ahead. I was sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, the person in front of me already ordered but there isn’t enough room for me to order. Drive through stand still for 15 minutes is not freaky fast or quality service. I watched through the drive through, them make my sandwiches I ordered 25 minutes ahead of time with no customers inside. Took 40 minutes from my order to food in my hand. Absolutely horrible place to go if you need “quick” fast food. Food is always good but the time it takes to get it is not worth it in my opinion.

I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches, which is ridiculous for a place that advertises being fast. When the food finally came out, both sandwiches were wrong.
On top of that, they were pathetic excuses for sandwiches. Super skinny, barely any meat, barely any cheese, barely any toppings. I have had better sandwiches from a gas station. What I paid for versus what I got was honestly insulting, especially considering it was over 30 dollars.
The drinks were just as bad. Completely watered down and disgusting. It tasted like someone barely added syrup and called it a day.
The worst part is that the workers clearly do not know what they are doing. Orders are not made correctly, quality control does not exist, and no one seemed to care that everything was wrong.
Total waste of time and money. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and eat somewhere else.

I think this is the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I come here because it is close to my home and work. However, it is consistently a minimum of a 10-15 minute wait both in the store and in the drive thru even when the line isn’t very long. It is very disappointing to go somewhere with a slogan of “freaky fast” to then have to spend half my lunch break waiting to order and receive food.

Tried this location at the recommendation of a friend. Prompt service and really friendly staff.
Hubby got the #16 club lulu and I tried the new hawiian heat sandwich. Can I just say I really hope they keep this as a regular instead of just a special, so yummy! Good balance of heat from the sauce and sweet from the pineapples. Really enjoyed it!
Word of warning, it was a bit messy but totally worth it.

The sandwich I received was supposed to be toasted it was cold, it was skeet on meat and not enjoyable unless you like eating a bread sandwich, the soda was flat only thing that was alright was the pesto probably prepackaged, this have to be this jimmy John’s location because I have not had a complaint about jimmy John’s in the past. This experience was terrible y’all gotta do better

If I could give this place a “0” star rating I would! I ordered a tuna sandwich and I got tablespoon on tuna, a couple of pieces of lettuce and few pieces of peppers on the sandwich! How do you provide that type of product to customers? That’s poor customer service and poor product. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I will be reporting this to the corporate office.

Well kept restaurant. Very clean inside out . The staff was very friendly and both the male employee who made our meal and the one preparing the meat were very polite today during the lunch hour. Food was very fresh and done well . I highly suggest this restaurant although the prices may seem high you get what you pay for so it’s worth it.
** only suggestion would be to go over how the point system works with those on register. When asked employee wasn’t sure other than that everything was great.

We ordered delivery. It took 45 minutes. We ordered 2 sandwiches. One was completely the wrong sandwich. The other was not made well. See pictures.

My husband and I come here frequently, however we decided to order delivery this time around since we just came home with our first child from the hospital. I ordered the Italian night club, the sandwich arrived without any meat at all on it. Although they did offer to replace and send me out a new sandwich, when asked, the person on the phone refused to give me the managers name, and when asked when the new one will arrive, stated that ”it will be out when the delivery driver leaves with it”. He also made it very obvious that by me wanting to speak to the manager, would interfere with her making my new sandwhich, and told me, “do you want me to hand her the phone and tell her to stop making your sandwhich”. (Also- requested my husbands sandwhich cut it half, it was not. Requested extra mayo and mustard on both- only one packet of each was sent.) Needless to say this small incident left me flabbergasted and sort of put me in the blues my first night home with my newborn.
