Haven’t had Jimmy John’s in years! Really glad the guys working tonight made a good impression with everything. Food was great and came out quick, the place was very clean. I love all the signs everywhere! Don’t forget to check out the bathroom.

This is the worst sub I’ve ever had… they put hardly any meat on it, literally 2 single slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon and I got it toasted, they toasted everything including lettuce:,) I had a hot lettuce sandwich…. 0/10 recommend and it was $15 with chips

Terrible service. The store manager is rude and not helpful when I told him a complaint I had. He looks like a child. I’m not sure who put him in charge of this Jimmy John’s but I strongly believe it isn’t a good fit. He cannot deal with valid complaints (his cashier over charged us and the sandwich was super sloppy and falling apart and all staff was completely rude except the sandwich maker). I won’t be stopping here again even though I usually eat here a few times a week. You lost a loyal customer.

We have stopped at this Jimmy John’s the last few trips we’ve made down the interstate, and while I feel so grateful for its convenience, I don’t know if we’ll continue stopping here. While we love Jimmy John’s in general, this location seems poorly run. We’ve had two bad experiences in a row. The last one, our sandwiches had barely any ingredients in them (see photo) and what was there, was brown and wilting (see photo). The previous experience, we placed an order ahead of time and when we got there, the order hadn’t been made because they were out of sandwich bread. They told us we could order a bunch of little John’s in their place and pay the higher price. On both trips, it seemed like employees could not care less about customers, and seemed put out that we were showing up and wanting food. They were rude, uncaring and dismissive. I understand they were probably frustrated and under a lot of pressure not having been given the resources to do their jobs. It was a bewildering experience given our positive experience at other Jimmy John’s all over the country.

Food is pretty good. They added tomatoes it didn’t say was supposed to be on it. But wife loves tomatoes so it was fine. Had a spicy Italian and it was good. Service was excellent and fast.

I don’t often review many fast food restaurants. However, I have been to many Jimmy John’s across the country, and this is the freshest I have ever had. The bread wasn’t dry and hard like most, and the other ingredients all tasted fresher than any other that I have been to. The staff was friendly and “freaky fast”.

Just like all the rest. Parking lot was covered on ice for the first time in a year. Staff was cool food came out quick but it’s just like all the rest. Guys did help us out in locating the next big town with hotels and gas on the way to Denver. Thanks gents!!
