This is the best Jimmy John’s that I’ve visited in all my travels. The ladies were super friendly and efficient. They had so many orders and they made everything looked effortless. Drive through employee doesn’t listen. Had to repeat things three times of what I wanted on the sandwich and she still screwed it up. Then she just hands me two loose sandwiches instead of putting them in a sack. Finally I had to ask for my receipt and she acted all snooty. You need to up your training with your staff. I won’t ever be back to this location. The store in Salina doesn’t do this and is always a five star service. This falls in local management, period.
