The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

We had the honey garlic wings and the galbi wings. Not only were these the best Asian wings we’ve ever had, but I would put them in my top five wings of all time. The place is very clean inside. Great menu. The pickled radish side was really good. The guy behind the counter was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We will eat here every time we come to Los Angeles.

I just want to start by saying that Sam, the owner, is a genuinely stand-up person. We had an issue with an order placed through a third-party delivery service, and when I reached out to him simply to share our experience and make sure it wasn’t an internal mistake, he went above and beyond to make things right. His professionalism, integrity, and care for his customers really stood out. My husband and I were already loyal customers, but after this experience, we’re even bigger fans.

The staff were really nice, a polite. The food was awesome I recommend trying the winge ! Much better in every way than wing stop. Chicken was super crispy, and each of the three flavors I tried were even better than I had hoped for. No, BS. This is the best Wings, and fried chicken in Orange County. Try it!

I ordereed 24 pc chicken wings. $40. It used to be $24 2years ago.
I understand price going up but they only give you 1 side on 8 pcs, 16 pcs,, 24pcs all the same. It should be different when you order lager size. It’s really a small portion i ordered 1 extra coleslaw with radish. Very small portion they put it in small sauce container. So i asked for 2 extra side. Was going to pay but the guy at the counter gave it to me for free. Because of him I am giving 4 star. The girl at the counter not very nice, she is very blunt. Ithink she is chinese or vietnamese according to her accent.
They used give extra if I asked for it. No longer the case. They should really give lager side for the larger order. Chicken wing is great hot and crispy .

8/16/2025 = 3 Star = we try to visit again after 2 years , Costumer service is better than before , did not add any stars coz server said they run out of salad and it will be available after 2 hrs, if i know that will happen I should not buy 2 large chicken . Still not really recommend this , will try again may next year or next 2 years maybe management will change .
8/26/2023 = 3 Star = Hannah is the best server, we always go to beach and malvern , buena park branch , same good food , but i gave 3 star coz when we enter to the store my son need to go to the bathroom but need a pin , the other girl server ask my wife that the bathroom is for costumer only . We almost not to dine in . Management should stop doing that to people . Other store do that and we never go back . But this store my kids love it , not recommend this for now .

One of the fastest store i know for fried chicken. It tends to get busy during lunch hour as everything is made to order and definitely worth the wait. Recommend their original and spicy chicken as well as their rosé teottbokki.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon, had lunch with my mom and grandma, the place was quite empty, a bunch of to-go orders. Dine-in was pleasant, we ordered the lunch combos, they’re pretty tasty.
The items can be pricey but the quality is top tier, the boneless chicken were crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. The kimchi rice was super tasty, topped with an egg on top. Chef’s kiss. A lot of seating space inside. Customer service was on par, the lady gave us the restroom password, helped us with our order, was pleasant with everything.
Will come back to this place with some friends, alcohol is soooo overpriced as usual. By the way the lunch combo only lasts until 3 pm. We ordered soy and galbi flavor.
