Update: The owner gave me a credit and second order was great.
Ordered online through the app for pick up. Got home to a sandwich with brown spots all over the lettuce. On all four of the sandwiches. Gross. I called and the manager said there’s nothing wrong with the lettuce and that’s how it looks right now. I’m sorry but that’s gross. He said I could call the higher up manager on Tuesday. So he’s going to keep serving the lettuce. He even ate one himself. I had to scrap it off and not have lettuce on my sandwich. Which no one wanted to eat because of the gross spotted lettuce to begin with. Waste of money.

I processed a mobile order and requested no ham or onions. I get home and my sandwich has ham and onions. I love Jimmy John’s but this is upsetting and disappointing. Literally just read the words on the order and do what it asks. It’s not hard to leave something OFF OF A SANDWICH. Boo.

after a long day, my husband & I got back into town and decided we wanted JJ for dinner. We went inside, this was about 904pm. No one inside but the employee. – It felt as if we had bothered this employee by coming. He tossed down the cups he was opening up and asked what we wanted. We did not know yet as we just walked in, and yet the employee just stood there looking at us. Felt like we were being rushed. So my husband ordered the Gargantuan and I got the Beach Club. We asked for several items to be added or if it could be, and the employee’s remark was, we don’t have it, or we asked what all comes on it, just oil & vinegar. The tone of the employee made us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. So we just got our sandwiches and left. – Poor customer service; rude and felt like we bother the employee by coming in at 9pm. Sandwiches were just ok.

Came here really late (around 10:45P). My mother was visiting from Santa Cruz. They didn’t seem open but they were—and until midnight! The staff were very accommodating to our late night ‘party’ and I found the food to be delicious. My mothed ordered the Hunter and I the J.J. Gargantuan. The Gargantuan was an amazing deal and much better than what the competition has had to offer. I had ordered the smaller of the two sizes. Sorry for leaving a mess—they were understanding but had to leave in a total hurry. It was fun hanging out there in the cool environment and was a truly good time! I’d recommend the chocolate brownie as well!

Tried ordering for Delivery on website, wouldn’t let me. So I called this store and talked to Matt, told him I wanted to have an order delivered to our business on 2800 Venture Park Drive. He said it was out of their range, they are located on 922 Massachusetts St. How?? It’s 10min from there location. 3.5 miles. I was not happy we had to go and pick it up. Not here, I ordered from JJ on 23rd St.

I’ve ordered from them both as delivery and in the restaurant. Most of the time they get the order correct; however, a few times there was some questionable practice and management. The time I ordered in store, I suspect they purposefully screwed up my order so that they could have a free sandwich. When I first told them I had ordered something else, they didn’t offer an apology but were quick to defend themselves, after which I saw them eating the sandwich around the meat processing equipment, which is unsanitary. I felt disregarded. Today, I ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong cookie. When I called to see if they would exchange the cookie, they said no because “it’s not expensive enough and not worth our time.” I was told I could go into the store and buy the proper cookie, which is unfair because I already paid for a cookie I hadn’t received.
I don’t agree with this store’s management and will not order from here anymore. They don’t value their customers and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid a delivery fee and my sandwiches never showed! I ordered at 2:02pm and once I finally got someone to answer the phone without hanging up on me 22 times at 3:54 was still not delivered! So now I’m having to wait til the new driver shows up at 5 to get my sandwiches! I was treated very rude and disrespectfully and was very surprised when I asked for the corporate number was told no then I asked for the store number was told I don’t know and when I asked for the manager name was told I don’t know!! So I called and left a message with the corporate number that I looked up! It was the worst experience I’ve had with ANY restaurant in town EVER!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Denied my legal tender because the guy at the counter couldn’t figur out ho much change to give back. Lack of employees waited 20 min to not even get food. That’s ok subway got out money and better food. Won’t be returning to this place. It was nasty inside and the employee was laughing all over the food and didn’t wash his hands after.
