My experience with Big Deal Burger is far from satisfactory. Waiting for four hours for an order that never arrived is a massive letdown and a clear indication of poor organization and management. Ordered burgers and fries through Uber eats. Big Deal Burger accepted the order. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon, by 6:00 we hadn’t received anything and an Uber delivery reached out saying the restaurant didn’t have any burgers- hello, the name of the restaurant is Big Deal Burger. But the restaurant wouldn’t cancel the order so 5 different drivers were going to pick up the order, all were told there are no burgers. I was finally able to cancel the order with no charge. I felt terrible for the drivers. I also attempted to call the two numbers listed for the restaurant and neither number was set up to take calls.

Honestly I’m surprised this is an operating fast food chain. Just look at the difference before you order. The largest waste of money I’ve made in a while. They are advertising a craft burger experience and serving cafeteria food. I smell a lawsuit.

They literally take two hours to prepare one’s order. I went there twice thinking first time was just a bad time of day, but the same thing happened afterwards. I hear ordering delivery is even worse… with drivers waiting outside the restaurant and eventually leaving because the orders are so delayed. Very unprofessional.
