We were just denied fresh bread because they “needed it for a catering order.” They offered free day old bread in its place. I don’t want that but my biggest question – you are serving everyone else that comes through today a sandwich on day old bread? Good to know

Everytime I order online from I check the box for my sandwich to be cut in half. Not sure why its an option on their app as they never cut it in half.

True to their word, they get you in and out quickly. My favorite is the number nine with all the freebies on wheat bread with honey mustard sauce.

This is the closest JJ’s in the Leavenworth/Lansing area and this store is great. If you order delivery, online pickup or walk in store, the staff is always amazing, ingredients consistently fresh and as far as correctness of order goes, I would give them 90% out of 100%. The take out drive thru is a little dark when driving through at night, I wish they had a little more lighting around the order window. We order food here at least once a week. Recommend the tuna salad, Italian night club and the gargantuan (to share) and the kickin ranch is super good.

I had the new #7 spicy Italian sandwich on wheat bread it has double meats and cheese which is what I wanted since I was very hungry and also had a triple chocolate chunk cookie it was a very satisfying meal.
