Fourth time ordering from this location and so far they have only gotten one thing wrong, a simple instruction to cut the sandwich in half. Not a big deal at all and certainly something we could simply do on our own. Orders have always been correct with quick delivery.

This is the closest JJ’s in the Leavenworth/Lansing area and this store is great. If you order delivery, online pickup or walk in store, the staff is always amazing, ingredients consistently fresh and as far as correctness of order goes, I would give them 90% out of 100%. The take out drive thru is a little dark when driving through at night, I wish they had a little more lighting around the order window. We order food here at least once a week. Recommend the tuna salad, Italian night club and the gargantuan (to share) and the kickin ranch is super good.

Sadly, our order was incorrect. Called to get the order corrected and was told how busy they are. Online menu is limited. When we inquired we were told if we come in we could order the whole menu. Jimmy John’s is suppossed to be freaky fast delivery. We ordered delivery because we can not leave work. Prices have increased. Efficiency has declined. I understand being understaffed, turn off your online orders if you can not serve your customers.

Went by last night with my wife. 1 car in front of us. Placed our drive-thru order, and went up to the window to wait. After 5-10 minutes of absolutely no acknowledgment (window employee appeared to be completely spaced out) we left without our food.
