Unfortunate, tragic, and somewhat dangerous. Homeless people have literally taken chairs out of the restaurant and are sitting in front of the restaurant partially blocking the doors while customers try to enter. These folks will be very happy to tell you what they think about you and and what kind of person they think you are based on your appearance. At the same time, they’re busy, screaming and yelling at nearby pedestrians they have arguments with on the nearby sidewalk. They come in and out from the nearby bus Stop to pressure the cashiers for free products. They have no problem going from table to table pressuring customers to do various favors for them. People are literally sitting at the bus bench 20 feet from the restaurant front door using crack (not exaggerating.) I felt bad for one man who was loudly explaining he was starving to death so I bought him a sandwich. As soon as I gave him the sandwich, he wanted to know how much money I had in my pocket and what else I was gonna do for him. This doesn’t seem like a family, friendly environment.

I placed an order for deliver and waited over an hour before calling. Someone answered the phone and never even identified themselves as Jimmy John’s. When I asked if I had the correct number the woman responded like I was stupid. I then told her I was calling to check on an order status that had been placed over an hour ago. Before I could even finish talking she interrupted me and began speaking over me about how they were understaffed and had no delivery drivers. I told her I’d like to cancel my order and she said that was probably best since they probably wouldn’t even get it delivered to me. I understand if you’re short staffed, but why the hell are you still accepting orders for DELIVERY if you have NO DELIVERY DRIVERS??? Instead you’re just taking orders knowing you won’t be fulfilling them?!?! Cool.

We went through the drive thru and it took forever, the staff was rude, and our orders were wrong after clarifying many times. We were yelled at in the drive thru when I asked what and took a second. When I pulled up to the window I payed for the food and the worker walked away. There was someone eating some food behind the counter and people were just walking around. Our food took so long that people behind us starting pulling off. Eventually we were given our food but our orders were both completely wrong. We were so done with the whole thing that we left with the incorrect orders.

Visited this Jimmy John’s on 1/20/26. No one answered the drive-through, so I went inside to order.

I observed an employee eating with her hands from the same ingredient bins used to prepare customer sandwiches, then immediately making our sandwiches without changing gloves.

Posting this so the location can address sanitation, glove-use standards, or shut down?

The lady that took my order was very friendly but the mumbling dude that was at the register when I entered made my sandwich and gave me a roast beef with 2 thin slices of meat when I ordered a tuna. I didn’t realize it till I got back to the job site so it was to late. Dude has a real attitude problem too.

I consider myself a regular at this location and I don’t usually leave reviews. But the other night I decide to go in for dinner and I see this young girl working alone in shop. For such a dangerous part of town and ridiculous hours (a lot to say as a customer who values going out at night) this was absurd to see. The food was good, but service was extremely slow due to understaffing. As a manager, I couldn’t imagine myself scheduling just a single employee to close. I’ve met the manager a few times when i’d come in for lunch, and these methods sort of check out. She seems very unqualified and should definitely turn in her badge. xx June

Black man making my sandwich was flat out rude to me but sugary sweet to other white customers I am a black women will not be returning. Food was not good and was sloppy. The host was welcoming and polite. A business letting employees wearing sheisty while working on the clock is unprofessional.
