The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. It was a small gesture but it meant the world to us and was one of those “restoring faith in humanity” moments. I could have cried just because of two cookies. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to my kids about paying it forward as well. Thank you, kind cashier!!

Food is great and fast as promised. Only complaint is how awkward the emplorees made it. Went in to get a pickup order and upon entering, none of the employees said anything. Like I’m the only customer in the store and there are 3 or 4 young male employees who all glance at me and say nothing. No Hi, be with you in a moment, nada. It was weird. Probably will stay going to the location on 350 because they’re always friendly and welcoming. Not sure what was up with these guys but at least my food was correct.

I Used to love jimmy johns their food quality is different and doesn’t taste the same. Also sends your delivery to Uber Eats and it’s now taken over an hour with multiple switches of drivers to deliver to me and I live two blocks from the store. Cancelled. Wont order delivery again.

Not a big fan of Jimmy John’s. My in laws like this place so I got a sandwich. There is nothing special about these sandwiches. They are bland and boring. Every time I have gone there, they are dead and I leave disappointed. I wonder if everyone feels the same as I do. I won’t be eating there again.

This Jimmy John’s is tolerable.

I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each — not exactly speedy).

However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery.

I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). So he was really awesome, and that is why I am leaving a 4 star review today.

If a 3.5 was possible, that would be most accurate. This store has never been speedy, but the food is exactly what you expect.

Great food… only issue is when they get an order wrong. Not an onion fan but I can survive it… so I won’t fault them, I mean hell it’s a sandwich, if I expected perfection then I am eating the wrong food lol.

I used the mobile app at 7:35pm to place an order for delivery. At 8:03pm, the app updated saying my order was out for delivery. I waited until 8:31pm to call the store to ask about my order since I live less than 10 minutes away. The lady that answered the phone did not ask me any information about my order, the address or anything, but said it was on the way and then she hung up. At 8:51pm, the mobile app updated saying my order had been delivered. I called the store back to ask about my order and the lady that answered the phone was very unpleasant. She stated her name was Maggie and that she was the store manager. She made several statements that my order had been delivered although I told her if it was delivered it was not delivered to my house, since my son and my cameras did not see anybody approach my house. She repeatedly said it was delivered and her driver had made it back to the store already. After going back and forth about this she then offered to redo my order but stated it would be over an hour before it could be delivered. I’ve already waited almost an hour and a half for 4 sandwiches, a couple bags of chips, and 1 drink. I wasn’t gone to wait another hour, especially since the store closed in about 5 minutes and I didn’t believe her. I demanded a refund and the name and contact information for the general manager. She stated that she would void my order but refused to give me the general managers name. At this point, I was done talking to her and handed the phone to my wife. I had to call the other store in order to get the name of the general manager. While, I was on the phone with the other store, Maggie told my wife that her driver was still out making deliveries. So was he back or was he still out? Between the extended wait time and the rude and untrustworthy customer service I wouldn’t suggest anybody waste the time and energy with the store on highway 291.

I’ve ordered from this location so many times. Seriously probably hundreds. The rare occasion I’ve had a problem it’s taken care of. Since Jacob came back service has been better. That kid is so good at customer service he manages to make a national chain restaurant feel like a local neighborhood place. Richard is my favorite delivery driver, always so kind!!

I always get the #11 turkey ham and Swiss with jalapeño chips…Smashes every time.
Although the sandwich was great the eating area was not the cleanest so I opted to take my food with me hence the 4stars.
There were dirty tables and food on the floors from previous dine in customers. Could have been a lunch rush , however there were 3 gentlemen working behind the counter. 2 making sandwiches and 1 taking the orders.
When I arrived no one was inside.
