Usually I enjoy this location, but today not so much. I asked for no cheese (dietary reasons) and got cheese, I didn’t notice until I ate half the sandwich, so now I’m dealing with throat problems. The sandwich tasted fine, but there was no lettuce on half of it and hardly any meat on the sandwich, which is not like this location to do that at all, especially when people pay $10 for a sandwich here. The workers were nice as usual, kind of slow for how they usually are which isn’t a huge deal. I would have rather gone to subway for the toppings if I wasn’t so nauseated by the bread smell (I worked there a long time ago).
Just work on listening to the customer and putting the right amount of toppings on.

Literally 2 slices of turkey on my entire sandwich. We have gone to this location twice recently and we won’t be back to this location again. Both times we’ve been you wait for awhile for your sandwiches and there’s hardly any toppings on it. Plus the guy in the camo jacket at the window this time couldn’t even be bothered to say anything to me besides my total. When I said thank you when he handed my bag he just walked away. Super friendly…….

This is the worst Jimmy John’s in the area. I don’t know if they are short staffed or what, but the line is always long and very slow. I always ask for extra meat and no onions for my sandwiches and they never get it right. But I get charged for the extra meat every time (see Pic of my latest #4 that was supposed to have Xtra meat). Save your money and go to Firehouse subs down the road.

Order from here often, and it’s usually pretty good. Today, I got a #9. Half the lettuce is brown, a couple tomatoes are half green, meat is significantly less than normal. I order jimmy johns a lot, so I can tell when A sandwich feels lighter as soon as I pick it up, especially since I order the same thing EVERY TIME. I would suggest never ordering delivery from here because clearly they don’t check sandwiches before they go out.

I went to redeem my birthday reward and it was not available in the app. The cashier tried to assist and asked the manager what they wanted to do to help redeem. She was very rude and lacked customer service skills to help.. Therefore I just purchased my sandwich and left. Later to look back at my rewards once more only to find out that although I provide my number at checked every time, it doesn’t look like they are actually adding any of my purchases to my account (only applies to online orders). Not worth having rewards if that’s the case..

I put the wrong address when I ordered the food. I called to correct it but the doordash driver still sent to the wrong address. It was 8:50 when I called the third time to ask where is my food. ( almost the closing time). The manager took over the phone and confirmed my address and delivered to my house himself!!
