Thanks for having the prerecorded message of a guy asking what I want to order, for me to start my order and getting interrupted by someone telling me give me a second.
Putting the least charismatic and courteous person on the speaker is probably not the best idea.
Also saying you can have your total at the window to never have anyone say why the heck is your price so high for these freaking sandwiches. Are they made of fairy magic. Oh your total is $16 for a snack wrap combo, cool well I’m at the window it would be a little embarrassing to drive off at this point.

On a Saturday 12pm – Ordering for in store pick up, only to find out store is closed inside. There’s apparently 1 employee. Waited 35 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH line for in store pick up.
Just be transparent, tell people right away your store doesn’t offer instore pick up. Never using this particular JJ franchise location again

The food is good but I am tired of getting looked at with everybody looking at me just hanging out around the store when I have my appointments like there’s a car dealership high school students just hanging out and its basically like living at home and I dont have to talk to them I leave for my things at schnucks there’s elderly ppl in the morning causing problems in the parking lot and its just making this city look horrible I feel sorry for the jimmy john workers and a married couple

The owner of this location must train their employees to use as little meat as possible to increase profits. You literally get 2 slices of turkey on a beach club and 1 slice of the meats included on an Italian. Every other location I’ve been to gives you twice the amount of meat or maybe more than this place. Total rip off

Listening to customers must not be important as I ask for a sandwich without tomatoes since I’m allergic. All they needed to do was listen instead of joking around behind the counter. The guy looked less than happy to take my order. I should’ve eaten it just to cause a medical emergency for them.

Ordered a #10, no special requests, they didn’t put the mayo on my sandwich, totally dry, not good. Get it together people. Been in the hospital up the street for a week with my son and needed a decent sandwich.

I ordered online and was called to see where I was and if I was going to tip. And then when the guy met me out front he asked again if I was going to tip. Mind you I had already tipped 20% on the online order plus almost a 5 dollar delivery fee. I am new to this area and definitely will not be eating here again.
