I ordered a #17 with everything on it and to add mustard. Also orders a pickle which I got cut correctly and a bag of chips which was the correct kind. What I got for my sandwich was very little meat way less then normal, no mustard, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Freaky fast was more like 45 minutes. I won’t order from here again since I was scammed out of my money. I also ordered hours before they closed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a sandwich that was supposed to be just meat and cheese.. I got the sandwich delivered, and it had everything on it. I called the store to tell them, and I got “it was made according to the ticket”. I know for sure I clicked customize and removed all the unwanted items. All I got in response was there’s nothing we can do. Then after hearing my frustration they offered a credit. I don’t want A credit I wanted the sandwich I ordered. I told the “manager” that I will never order from here again, and hung up. I guess I should’ve read the reviews on here, because if I did I probably wouldn’t have ordered from here. Please if you’re reading the reviews, steer clear of this location. Customer service is horrible…..

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an online order for delivery at 10:40. It did not get delivered until 1:00. After waiting 2 hours to get my food, I decided to go in the store and see if I could get it to go instead. The manager on duty was extremely rude, and the cashier told me “your delivery just left 3 minutes ago, better catch it”. I do not recommend this Jimmy Johns location.

I freaking love this place. In so many years of ordering I’ve literally never had a problem aside from the occasional forgotten drink. Walked in to get my food for the first time in forever two days ago and was greeted as normal. Left within minutes with my food. ***** As always.

I ordered online for pickup to be quicker and so I would not have to wait inside the restaurant. I came in 15 minutes after ordering and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our 2 sandwiches. There where several people that walked in and got there food and left while I patiently waited. The girl behind the counter stated that we just had to wait until they got to ours. I am not sure how they decide who’s sandwiches get made in what order. Great food but terrible service. Definitely my last visit to this location.
