The only realm I’m giving this a second star is that they brought me my drink. They never delivered my drink to begin with the first time so I called the store and they redelivered it. Then I open my bag of stuff and I ordered a bag of chips that was also not in there so I wouldn’t have gotten a drink or chips.

Came here last night at 8:30 PM, while they are fully open, and the door was locked. An employee came out and said their “inside system” was down but that the “drive-thru system” was still in and I should just get back in my car and pull into the drive through. Make that make sense.
Sounds like an employee just didn’t want to serve customers inside.
Got back and in car and took my business elsewhere.

Was in the area with my wife to pick up a car, needed a quick eat. Staff was super friendly, it was fast like the commercials say, and most importantly accurate to what we ordered. Also the bathrooms were nice looking and clean which is def appreciated since we’re about to get on the highway and drive 5 more hours!

Truly amazing you can make 6 subs with different customizations and all that but you guys forget the chips for my Uber order. Literally the only easy part of the order and that couldn’t be done right. Going back to Subway and Penn Station and they’re terrible.

Getting off work decided to stop by Jimmy John’s to get me a sandwich. Get my order , get home and eat. Half way thru my sandwich it’s hair in my sandwich! I’m soooooo disappointed and upset I normally don’t do this but I went back to let them know it’s hair in my food . I ask to speak to a manager he said “There is nothing we can really do about that I mean is sometimes it happens “ so I’m really upset now because how is this normal to you? This is NOT normal and neither should a place like this be open if this is how you think! I asked for a refund he said he don’t know how to do a refund ! And I find that hard to believe as a manager myself. This right here just shows you have kids running a sandwich place I pull up they sitting on the counter with they behind on counter . Not caring for what kind of food they make people . No wonder no one was in the drive thru at the time of service . I asked again for a refund and why he don’t know how to do a refund as a manager he said his “GM” never showed him how to do it . And that he can only do refunds for online orders! Such a disgrace! Such a waste of my time and my day was totally ruined. Please don’t go here!!! They even told me the GM doesn’t have a phone number and don’t answer calls. Just completely disappointing!!!!

I ordered my lunch and patiently waited for it to be made. In my opinion there are way too many employee’s behind the counter. But anyway once my sandwhich was ready i politely said thank you. It was your black employee’s who rudely ignored me. She should’ve said you’re welcome. I strongly believe this happened because of my skin color which is white. So she’s choosing to be a racist. I did not appreciate being ignored or treated inhumane. There is no absolutely no respect being shown. So your establishment will never again receive my patronage. Oh and there was another white guy who was acknowledged but not me? Wow Seriously?

I went through the drive thru at this location, it was freaky fast, freaky good just like the commercial says. I got a roast beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A pickle quarter cut. The price was good, and I had earned a free side so the giant dill pickle was FREE!! Even better. The store was spotless clean the staff was polite and friendly. It was a fabulous experience.
