They toasted 2/3 sandwiches we bought. They didn’t even ask if we wanted them toasted, and even still didn’t at the very least toast all three. We were even in the lobby, so the entire time, they could’ve asked or clarified if they weren’t sure. I understand business will run regardless, but my family and I are done with this place if this is to be expected. The sandwich wasn’t even done right either.

This Jimmy John’s is one of Danville’s underutilised resources. I come here almost daily. The staff cleans at every available opportunity. I wouldn’t be surprised if the meat slicer loses its finish soon from being cleaned so much. The restrooms are always clean (Ok, I’ve only seen the mend room)
The staff has always been good, friendly, and professional. There is almost always seating available. This JJ is across from the Village Mall. It doesn’t get the customer traffic it deserves. The tea is amazing – my opinion. The sandwiches are excellent. I like the whole wheat bread personally. The ‘freaky fast’ motto works here. I’ve even gotten my sandwich before the cashier handed me my change before. A great place to relax and regroup.

Okay I officially LOVE Jimmy!! I have an autoimmune disease, Celiac disease, which makes it impossible for me to eat out anywhere with cross contamination. But you guys are so awesome and clean that I can get an unwich at any point in the day and it’s safe for me! You are always willing to change gloves and clean off the counters so I can eat safely! You guys rock! I’m so thankful to be able to still go out to eat, even if it is only at one place! You guys deserve so much recognition and praise! Thank you guys so much!

what place of business doesn’t open until 11 am?? some of us go to work at 5 in the morning and have to take our lunches at 930 & aren’t able to get what we want to eat EVEN THOUGh you have employees standing in the building with the door locked. I will NEVER visit here again. terrible place
