I waited for about 10 minutes for curbside pickup after confirming online that I was already at the store. When I called, the one who picked up the phone said they were short-staffed and I had to go inside. It would not take more than 1 min to get the order to me. He could also have told me about the situation earlier. I saw staffs going in and out of the store—they also saw my car parked right there. But no one did or said anything about my order.

Been to this location SEVERAL TIMES, each and every time has been freaky fast, just like the slogan suggests. This is 1 of 3 Jimmy John’s locations that directly surround the University of Illinois campus. This location is really convenient, clean, and the staff are friendly.
Ordered the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich and it was delicious! I was not disappointed and was satisfied. The pesto and cheese are especially delicious.
Will be back for sure.

So Jimmy John’s is supposed to be open till 3:00 a.m. on Green Street during the week this includes Monday which it is right now well technically it’s Tuesday at 2:02 a.m. I’ve been sitting in front of Jimmy John’s for about 15 minutes calling calling calling but they are closed they are closed no one is here. I took pictures and unfortunately the inside looks a lot brighter in the pictures than it is in real life but you can clearly see that there’s no open sign that up and there’s no one in the restaurant it sucks when you drive for an hour and a half to get somewhere that’s supposed to be open till that specific time and you’re well ahead of that time and they just decided to cut out early for the night I guess. Such sadness.

I had food delivered from this location a while back and only received half of my giant sub. Made the call, got it situated with them bringing the other half. My mistake was not checking the current half I did have. Turns out it was not even my sandwich. I called back to explain that not I still only had half because my other half wasn’t even what I ordered and I was even highly allergic to the stuff in it so big no for me. I was told I’d get a free sub to make up for it later on if I wanted it. Only to learn that when I go to claim this I can’t call the location. I called over 20 times these last 3 days and have never gotten a single call answered. I don’t know if when he put it under my number he blocked it or their phones don’t work but this is just appalling. I literally spent $40 with tip and everything included only to recieve half a sandwhich and unanswered calls.

Ordered delivery for lunch today, then I called after 45 minutes and the order still had not left the store. Person who answered said they were short staffed, which I completely understand. Not surprised they no longer boast, “Subs so fast you’ll freak!”
What I am NOT happy about is being told it will take 5-10 days for the refund to post on my credit card. Not cool!!! Grrr…

Ordered extra tuna, and usually i get a ton of tuna. But this is the 2nd time i ordered this and i got so little tuna. I can no longer forgive this.

Everytime I order delivery from this location Food looks old and sloppy. Last time ordering here. Will not recommend to anyone at my workplace during evening shift. Springfield and Mattis location is better.

The service here is crazy. I swear they use robots to make the sandwiches that’s how fast they have people making these. I really like the tuna sandwich. This is a perfect spot to go if you live on Locust or Oak street. Because they make these food so fast I like to grab this when I am studying since it doesn’t take too long.

If your going to lie, no one needs you. The least you could do is have the common courtesy to change your hrs on line. So people don’t waste there gas.
5 months later…. still lying about hrs. good job guy. At least you’re consistent. I know now when you say you’re open, you’re lying.
