I was at this location recently and I overheard a tall brunette employee talking to a shirt brunette employee with glasses about how she brings cocaine with her to work due to her mistrust of her roommates. I don’t feel comfortable giving patronage to a location that could potentially become a transactional hotspot for such things. I especially wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here

This particular location needs some serious help. I have given them way too many attempts to “get it right” but every single time, they fail. Today is my last attempt. I always order delivery and this location is one mile from my office. They are NEVER “freaky fast”, typically taking more than a half hour, and my sandwich is ALWAYS wrong. Today, it took 51 minutes for my “little john” to arrive and although my order is simple, it was wrong again. No added mustard. Sometimes, they forget the turkey. It’s just ridiculous that someone cannot order a single sandwich and have it prepared correctly or arrive at a decent time.

I’m literally 5 min from them and it’s been an hour and I still don’t have my food. I called after 45 Min waiting they said oh we only have one driver he’s out delivery he has your food but has 5 stops. An hr goes by I call back and ask for a manager “coralynn” says rhats her I said I want refunded it’s been over an hr an still no food she gets an additude and says he brought your food back he called you, no he didn’t, I have no missed calls. I said I want your boss, she said that’s corporate, I said ok what’s the number, she goes to get it, rudely gets on the phone and says I looked at his phone he called you, no he didn’t she said well google the number yourself, I said you just told me you had it, ya well now I’m telling you to Google it! She deserves to be terminated! There is zero excuse for lies and poor customer service!

Don’t ever try to have your food fixed even if it is their fault. Don’t try to explain things to Donovan “a manager” as he will cut you off and tell you he can’t do anything about it and he’s more worried about other customers orders than helping you and getting things fixed. I’ve tried giving multiple chances to Jimmy Johns and usually get decent service but if theyake mistake on your order don’t try to fix it you won’t get anywhere
