This location has a lot of work to do. Usually chicfila is a safe bet but this is my third bad experience. Ordered a 12 piece nugget and got tiney tiny pieces and some pieces that just looked like burnt breading. Won’t be returning to this location.

Tried this new location. Was later in the evening so not really busy. They had a few tables of people there. Service was great. Employees were professional and willing to help. Brand new building so was really nice. I marked the food down because our chicken was quite dry, not the norm for the franchise. I normally don’t need sauces on their sandwiches but on this one, I had to put two packets of Mayo on it to be able to eat it. The bun was dry as well and was crumbling apart as I ate it. The fries were not fresh and were only somewhat warm. We love Chick FIL A and we will give this new location another try down the road after the newness has worn off. Overall was a 3 because we went there for the yummy food that Chick FIL A has but didn’t get that this time.

This isn’t just any chick-fil-a. I believe the KINDEST of souls work at this location. There were SO many people like myself that were yearning for the glorious chicken made at this restaurant. I thought to myself will my chicken ever come???? Just as my hanger was reaching its peak, beaming from the kitchen came EVIE (an outstanding employee who is likely holding this store together). She brought me my food with exceptional timing and saved us all. She was so kind and helpful & restored my confidence in chick-fil-a. God bless this great employee!! For great chicken will continue to thrive thanks to her.

This is a large, beautiful location with lots of seating. We appreciate that the tables aren’t crowded together. The service was great and the food was perfect. The bathrooms are nice and more spacious than other locations we have been to. Plus, the hand washing station just outside the bathroom is genius! You can still wash your hands without crowding into a bathroom. So happy to have another location closer! If we could, my middle schooler would give it 6-7 stars.

Really fast service and the food was fresh and good. I usually avoid taking my grandkids to Chick Fil A because the lines are so long but we hardly had to wait! Collin was super friendly and patient when he took our order, even though the grandkids were being obnoxious and indecisive!

They have some work to do. When the cashier gets the order wrong, just accept that transaction and replace what you missed. Basic customer service. It’s simple.

We went to the grand opening in Pleasant View, Utah, and while it was nice that they gave kids cow stuffed animals, it felt like there wasn’t much for the paying customers. If you weren’t dressed up as a cow or participating in that part of the event, there didn’t seem to be any special perks or appreciation for those who were actually purchasing food. For a grand opening, it just felt a bit underwhelming.

I normally love chic fil a so this breaks my heart. The guy in the drive through was so rude. Rushing us, extremely impatient, and cutting us off when we were trying to order. And then they forgot our sauce, our food was burnt, and when I said thank you the person ordering DID NOT say my pleasure.

We really love Chick-fil-A, but it is really disappointing to use the mobile thru lane. The mobile thru lane was advertised as a lane to skip the line. However, the workers completely ignore you when you are sitting and waiting in the mobile thru lane. They are not organized and lose your order. They only focus on the drive thru orders. The last time we used the mobile thru lane we sat and waited for over 30 minutes. The food was cold by the time we got it. It’s just so disappointing.
