Came here on my birthday for a special treat. Took a longer lunch break since it was out of my way. Ordered a #4 box meal with cheese and kicking ranch. Got half way home and no kicking ranch. Turned around and went back to get it. Got home and there’s nothing on my sandwich but turkey and cheese. Called the store and spoke to a manager who said they miss heard what I said and that’s why the order was wrong. Won’t be coming back here. It shouldn’t take 3 tries to get an order right.

1 star because I can’t leave zero. By myself at work so I thought I’ll order a sandwich. Received a call saying they don’t have a delivery driver to deliver my sandwich. What the heck? The name that popped up on the caller ID was best sandwich shop. I think not. Unless there’s one person in the entire store I should be able to get a delivery. Freaky fast my ass. That’s a great way to lose your customer base. Nice job JJ.

Swapped out the Vito meat for just turkey and barely any turkey on it. I called about it and they say it’s ore portioned… Overpriced for what you’re getting. I’ve been to Jimmy John’s multiple times and NEVER gotten this amount of turkey on my sandwich. What exactly am I paying for??? I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s if this is how Jimmy John’s is gonna do me.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024. A catering order fell through with another restaurant and I wasn’t made aware until 15 minutes before the delivery time. This was for a work event and I was responsible for feeding our visitors. I decided to try Jimmy John’s and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
I gave the cashier a heads-up that I would be placing a catering order for a group of people and was under a time crunch. Before I had even picked which sandwiches to include in the party box, the manager and 2 other employees started grabbing loaves of bread, standing at the ready. They worked with me to pick out crowd-pleasing options and ensured that my order would feed 18 people. I was so impressed with their sense of urgency, customer service, and overall helpfulness.
You don’t come across teams like this very often anymore. Their cohesiveness was evident as they seamlessly hustled to complete this last-minute catering order. Thank you SO much for your help. The day was saved and everyone was fed and happy.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve been here several times and have had nothing but good food and service. Just ate there today. The sandwich was good, and the service was fast. I like the bread. It’s different from the others. I’d eat there again. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but they got my vote. The price is decent, too. Never had 1 issue….just my experience….

We used the app and the drive-thru window. Service was excellent and the sandwiches tasted great. I had the country club with ham turkey and provolone on wheat. My partner had the Italian favorite on wheat. We will be back. Thanks

Love your sandwiches but your your employees look angry. Ordered the number 11 and before I could even finish my order some girl with a mean mug started making my sandwich. Told the cashier I don’t want tomatoes and she had already put them on. She then makes a new one which I appreciated but then was told by cashier that my sandwich comes with tomatoes so I know next time. Like excuse me? I didn’t even finish giving her my order. Learn to listen first and maybe smile a little.

Food is really good but they always mess up my order. One time they forgot bacon on my sandwich and this time I ordered a cookie and they gave me a bag of chips which I can’t have because they are fried in peanut oil.
