I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

Freaky Fast doesn’t exist anymore. Ordered on the app at 11:29am, currently 12:16pm and it doesn’t show that its out for delivery. This is not the first time this location has been a massive disappointment. They have terrible parking, they are not easily accessible to get in and out of and it always feels like you’re bothering the staff when you come in to order. I promise anywhere else is a better choice than this. So many more local restaurants that are not chains that are better than this disappointment slow poke hole.

Placed an order online at 2:03pm and it says it was out for delivery at 2:18pm. It’s now 3:00 and I still don’t have my food. I thought this place was supposed to be Freaky Fast! This isn’t even the first time this has happened, and every time I call they just tell me they are short drivers and I should be getting my food soon. Inexcusable!

I ordered a combo online. A toasted sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink. It took 1 1/2 hours to get my food. The driver was friendly and apologetic but said he had forgot my drink. Asked if I wanted a refund or if I would like my drink still. I said I wanted my drink,the said he would be right back. That drink still hasn’t showed up and that was 50 minutes ago. I live 5 minutes from the store. Normally this store is very good and polite but I had always went through the drive-thru. I will no longer be ordering a delivery. I am handicapped and didn’t feel like fighting with getting into the car tonight. I guess next time I will just go through the hassle, it would be quicker and less trouble than delivery.

We are about half mile down the road.having car problems or we would’ve picked up. I ordered at 5:26pm they got it at 5:28pm. I called at 6pm they said that they were short drivers. When I tracked them it was out for delivery at 6:06pm and now it’s 6:31pm and we still have no food.
