We mostly order online and go in to pickup as personal preference. The staff is always so kind and friendly! We are always greeted with a smile, it seems like a fun atmosphere to work in. Our food has always been great. Our go to is the bento box for a variety! Love the gyoza too. Definitely a great addition to Taber!

SOO disappointed that their quality, speediness and friendly atmosphere did NOT TRANSFER to this location.
ALSO WHEN WE GOT HOME, whoever packaged your side sauces drenched our whole bag, the sauce container was NOT SEALED. spilling everywhere. Care for your jobs our quit!!!! Not that hard.
I have also submitted a formal complaint on their website.
My husband had contacted the store, the manager was rude but agreed to refund me the next day.
I went in, manager wasn’t there but the staff knew who I was. One of the staff offered me a drink I gladly accepted.
However, that is where the positive experience ended.
The manager came back, I did ask for his number while he was out but he did not answer at all.
I came back in. Manager immediately started arguing with me as I had asked him if his phone worked (because he didn’t answer).
He pretended to not know about the refund (though staff already knew the deal), and then finally gave me the refund after making excuses as to why he’s a good guy. And magically knew the amount our order was…. Insane how that memory came back after I didn’t leave right away.

Terrible speed in service time. Only one family of three ahead of us and it took exactly 17 minutes to get our food. Chicken meat was over cooked. When I go to Edo’s in Calgary I am in and out in twenty minutes. Three cooks in the back in Taber and it still took 17 minutes to get our food. Should have gone to Boston Pizza. May need better management here in town.

I placed my app order as I walked in, and it would seem that walkins are processed *slightly* faster than mobile orders (a family who ordered as I hit submit got their food a couple minutes before my pickup was ready). But I wanted the Snacki deal (only in the app) so I didnt mind.
Speaking of the Snacki, its essentially just a kids meal but with a spring roll instead of Pockys. Plenty filling for me, Im stuffed!
As for the food- well, that Teriyaki sauce is everything. If you dont know the amazing flavour that is Edo’s Teriyaki Sauce, I cannot tell you, just taste it. You wont regret it!

The heater above the door makes such a horrible noise that I was not able.to eat inside and had to wait in my truck while my order was being made. The pitch of the heater fan is perfect for causing migraines. Because of that, the food quality only matters for take out. Chances ate I won’t be back until the heater is fixed or replaced. It is like sitting in a room with a not-so-quiet jet turbine. Just terrible. No idea how anyone could work here or eat here. I was inside for less than 7 minutes and started feeling nausea.

Had the best experience today! It was my first time visiting this location & the staff were super friendly! Food was fresh and fast. A very kind employee (I wish I got his name) even made sure that my 1 year old daughter had her own special lunch. Very impressed!

I ordered a beef bowl. The beef was nearly burnt, and clearly had a dirty grill due to some but vegetables and black specs in my food.
