We had never eaten at a Jimmy John’s before, mostly because of what we knew of the former CEO game hunting. Well, we were traveling and desperate when we came across this location that looked decent and clean. Deciding to try something new, we ordered two wraps. They were delicious. The staff were friendly and we got our food super fast. What more can you ask for? This started a trend of us seeking out Jimmy John’s during our trip when we needed a quick bite.

This Jimmy John’s is so hit or miss when it comes to the quality of the food, particularly the unwiches. My sandwich on this visit was good, but the other half’s unwich had so much wilted brown lettuce… It was gross.

The staff have always been super friendly both in the drive through and when dining in. The inside is always clean and the typical Jimmy John’s signs hanging up are a hoot.

I would recommend giving it a shot, but be weary of the lettuce.

Got slim turkey Tom combo. Extra for cheese, lettuce, tomatoes are extra.$10. Can go to subway n get cheese n topping no extra cost. Wow… overprice.. like the rewards which helps.

Drive thru workers are friendly and ask if u have rewards program. Received a free sandwich for birthday. Liked the wraps. Chicken ceaser. Usually buy the chips and drink as well. Only downfall. Cheese is extra. Still like the variety though

Took 30 mins for the sandwich to get delivered 1 mile from the store, and they brought a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called and they said they would send a replacement. Took another 40 mins for this one, and it was a toasted sandwich that was completely cold. I worked at Jimmy John’s about 15 years ago, and the standards of employee performance were much higher than they are today.

I’m sick and tired of paying almost $1.50 for avocado just to not receive any, this is at LEAST a 3 time issue now, that’s worth almost half the cost of a sandwich.

At this point I do not know why I subject myself to this place. The delivery to my house is non existent. They say they will deliver, but leave it outside 2 houses away. This has happened twice, a year apart.
I can not get a clear answer from anyone how much meat is supposed to be put on a sandwich. Even a call and email to corporate office didn’t answer the question. This location is very lacking on meat portions. If you didn’t choose to “leave the bread in” you would hardly have anything to eat.
Plus side? Staff is friendly.

Possibly the worst experience of my life at a Jimmy Johns. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, the order taker who seemed annoyed by my very existence, giving me attitude, mumbling under his breath, and was openly swearing while taking our order. After I asked politely for him to clarify something, he blew up and literally walked away and then out of the store! I was shocked we were there for under 5 minutes and and entire incident unfolded! The employee closest to us blandly justified the rude behavior by saying that the angry order taker was “having a bad day” like this was normal and acceptable behavior! The store just opened and there was zero rush so we had no idea what was going on. I literally asked out loud to no one in particular if we should leave? Then someone flagged who we thought was the shift manager(?), who came over to continue taking our order. After that drama, there was no care or quality put into making in our sandwiches (which also were missing items we paid for), the unhappy worker (they all seemed unhappy) who made our sandwiches just dumped them on the counter at signaled for us to pick up our order, we had to bag them ourselves!!!! To make matters worse, and we never received a receipt so I had to pay $18 out-of-pocket for abrasive unprofessional rude behavior and a bag of depression masked as food. My co-worker refused to eat his out of fear that it was contaminated due to the attitude of the employees. Next time we will choose McDonalds.

Ok so I haven’t ordered in a long time as I wasn’t impressed and this experience was no different. The food was just thrown together so a big mess when opened. The chips that were part of the combos weren’t in our order. The soda flavor needed changed as it was like drinking club soda and here’s the best part……. I ordered no tomatoes as I’m allergic and what was on there…… Yup tomatoes so the one part of my meal I did get I couldn’t even eat. I ordered delivery so going back to get corrected food was not an option. I will NOT return.
