Every single time I’ve been there in the Drive-Thru they make me pull up because they need to make the chicken and they don’t have any on hand. So we pull up and wait forever and when they finally come with our food they have forgotten one entire meal. I wouldn’t leave a review if it just happened one time because I know accidents happen but this has happened the three times I’ve been there. The food is always great but it just takes some effort to get to us

Late night stop while traveling. The food was fresh besides the tarter sauce. It is kept in a bin for condiments and was not cool at all, so I didn’t use it, asked for fresh, and the younger man brought me the same warm tarter sauce I just sent back. The root beer was amazing, though!

I ordered a coney cheese dog. It was overcooked and I asked for a new one they gave me another over cooked hot dog. It was tough and chewy made me loose my appetite after one bite each time. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a refund and was told it will be 2-3 days. I work in customer service and our refunds are given back within the same day

Travelers beware. This is not your hometown A&W / Long John Silver’s.
Having begun my work experience at one of these stores, I was hesitant to eat here. The kids insisted and so we went in. It took almost 5 minutes for a very distracted young man to come take our order. There were no lids for our cups on the condiments bar. When my husband asked for lids, after waiting for several minutes to get the same youth’s attention, the young man asked my husband to stock the condiments bar with the stack of lids he was handed.
Over half the tables were dirty and the trash cans were full. The A&W soda in the fountain was not the correct mix. It tasted all wrong – like the soda syrup was running out. The young man said, “Yeah, but it’s still coming out so it’s ok.”
It took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out. The buns on the burgers and hot dog were so hard (dry or burnt depending) that they were inedible. The fish on the fish and shrimp platter was so greasy that my kid had to pull the batter off to eat it so she wouldn’t be sick. It was like the grease wasn’t drained from it at all after frying.
All in all, our visit confirmed my decision to not return to any of these stores ever, but especially this one. Travelers, be advised.

Was in the drive through for a root-beer freeze with two cars ahead of me for about 15 min. No joke! No apologies were given when we got to the window. In fact, you could tell they made it when we ordered it at the speaker and that it had been sitting on the counter! I’m thinking sonic may be my best bet next time!

Today was our first experience at A&W and the service was just awful. Never have I been so let down by a restaurant before. We used the drive thru and ordered an a5 and when the worker repeated our order everything was correct, then we proceeded to the window to pay and get our food. The man who attended us was first off not in uniform and was wearing his what seemed to be pajamas. After what seemed like forever we finally received our change and proceeded to wait for our food and in doing so we noticed that the same guy who was attending us scooped up ice with his bare hand. When he opened the window to give us our supposed order we told him that we ordered the a5 not a root bear float and he rudely told us that we did. I’m sorry but I know that if you get a customer’s order wrong you’re obligated to apologize and solve the customers problem. We continued to tell him it was the wrong order expecting him to change it and give us our food and during that time the root beer that he gave us was overflowing all in our truck and he did not even offer napkins. You could tell he did not care for the customer and could care less about the service he was providing. Awful experience and we will definitely never be going there again.

First time coming here and I won’t be returning. When we pulled up multiple employees in uniform were wandering around the parking lot by the drive thru order menu. While ordering we tried to get 3 a1’s and an a3, all with fries and root beer. The woman taking our order was rude and snapped at us. Then we pulled to the window to pay for and receive our order. They charged us for 3 a1’s with fries, 2 root beers and a mountain dew. One burger didn’t even come with onions, lettuce, or tomato. And the man at the window was rude as well. We waited at least 15 minutes for an incorrect order and rude service. We won’t be returning.

We didn’t get all the items on our order. Told him 3 times all the items. Then when he gave us the bag, we didn’t get the 4 orders of large cheese curds, shrimp was in a small cheese curd box, and no cheese fries. The little girl that was in there came to the window and told us that we just needed to pull back around and reorder. We told her (and she was a manager maybe 18 yrs old) no, we ordered them she was a nasty and continued being nasty. We pulled out in the parking lot to get out of the way while they made the fries. When she brought them out, she threw them at my husband and said Just Don’t Come Back!

Bad food, hamburger bun hard and meat cold and tasted like it had sat around way too long, husband, son agree, could not eat. French fries undercooked, no regular root beer available, all around bad experience and waste of $24. Never again.
