Ordered today and there is ROTTING lettuce on my sandwich. I ate half then noticed. Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich place. But this is sick. Would y’all eat that?? Went through drive through to order lunch and sat there for about 3-5 minutes. Ordered my food and the lady said back my order. It was wrong so I corrected her with what I actually wanted and she said to me well next time tell me that first. My husband looked at me and said wow that was rude. Got to the window and didn’t say anything to me. Didn’t even have the decency to say anything back when I said thank you. Worst customer service I have had in awhile. Will not be back to this location.

On a cold January evening, I sought sustenance for my kin. It was far too cold for a journey to the market, so I contacted Jimmy John. He was happy to relive stories from the past, and then prepared and delivered sandwiches for all. We were pleased with the food and wished Jimmy well.

Had a little time between service calls and figured I’d get a quick sub, boy was I wrong. I was the only one in line and waited 15 minutes at the drive thru. I ordered a combo and since I don’t drink soda I asked for a water. They handed me a cup of water. I asked for bottles and they said that would cost more. I asked, “water costs more than soda?” She replied, “yep.” Terrible experience. Next time I’ll just go to Subway.

Great Sandwich’s and usually very good service but the staff on this particular day seemed overwhelmed & unorganized. Waited 15 minutes inside the store for an online order that was already prepared and ready to go, but the employees just didn’t notice and some of my order was missing the chips I ordered – not the end of the world – but just annoying is all.
