Came here the first time! Their meat is definitely pit master level. I really liked the pork loin I got. However the sides were just okay. The sweet corn was quite bland, and the cornbread was on the dryer side.

Pretty good, but you’re going to pay for it. Place was very clean (it’s brand new so it should be, right? 😉 ) and easy to navigate. Floor, tables, servingware, bathrooms were all clean. No soap residue on the utensils. Here is what my wife and I ordered:

I have pretty high expectations to this restaurant but it turns out just meet the average. The ribs are not juicy enough but a bit dry. The food is a bit pricy on the smokehouse combo, compared to the previous location or other stores in town. The sides are good tho.

I had the pulled pork and fries. The staff was excellent, they came up to the table several times and offered to get napkins and clear of any extra trays. It makes this place feel a step above other “fast food” restaurants.

Well, we had a call ahead order. My name is Nathan and one of the kitchen staff’s name is Nathan so when the bar told them “hay, Nathan is here for that online order.” The kitchen just laughed and said “ha, yeah.” It ended up being a little longer wait. But 3min isn’t enough to get mad over.but I don’t like to be forgotten. Will eat their again.

Ribs were very good ranch beans tasted alot like chili was good too, only criticism the coleslaw was very blaned needs salt and pepper and mayonnaise or maybe a vinegar based sauce to give it some flavor.

Being from KC, I enjoy all kinds of bbq. I ordered the burnt ends (only available MWF). They were smothered in the sauce(will order sauce on the side next time) and we’re okay, and portion was large. Won’t order the ranch beans again since I prefer a sweeter sauce rather than very spicy. Hubby ordered the sliced brisket and said it was tougher than what he’s used to. He didn’t like the coleslaw but the fries were good. He had a cherry cobbler and I had the peach. Save your money. Both were pretty bland. For the amount of money spent, we’ll go elsewhere next time.

“At the Fields” location. The last time I attempted to order here was 15 minutes before closing. Although, I could see four people cleaning the place, no one responded to the drive thru speaker or window (knock), so I went to JJ’s for a sandwich.
