For the price i expect more. The bread was hard and very chewy. My sandwich was supposed to have oil and vinegar but have no vinegar taste at all. Staff was real nice but that did not cover for the sub avg product. Looks like im sticking with subway.

I ordered online and I got there and NO ONE was there. The drive thru speaker didn’t work so I pulled around to get my order. No one came to the window for at least 5 minutes! I told them my order and she shut the window and I never saw her again until the sandwiches were ready. I got the sandwiches home and I ordered a Club Lulu that had hardly any meat on it. This is the Dixon store and it has REALLY gone down in the service department.

The food is good only when they get my order correct. Everytime I freaking order from this place I specifically say”JUST turkey,cheese, and bacon” because I am allergic to everything else. I need better service because seeing my friends eat without me makes me hungry, then I have to wait another long minute for my food to arrive for the second time. I would also like your delivery employees to carry a good amount of cash so they can pay me back the exact amount, I’m not rich I need my exact money back. Not 4 dollars off. Thank you.
