Confusing because normally there’s no issues. Just a deli sandwich. This time, tracker said it was delivered but I’ve looked all over my front yard and porch, even checked my truck. No food. Try to call and the call ends before connecting or it says “Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed because the caller is currently unavailable.” Sooooo $20 in lunch and still hungry? How do we get ahold to say “Hey- where’s my food actually at?”

I ordered online. I only had $100 bill on me to pay when I picked it, the rude employee working said she just counted out her drawer on a Saturday at 2pm, and couldn’t break the bill. I had to leave and drive 3 blocks to the gas station to break the bill, return to the store , another unpleasant employee then handed me my order, only to get home and both sandwiches were made incorrectly. I wish people would stop getting jobs that have 0 customer service.

Ordered 2 tuna sandwiches but there was barely any tuna on there and it wasn’t spread out at all so neither end had tuna. Called and was told that’s the correct portion and it just wasn’t spread out… sorry?
So disappointed will not order from this location again.

My husband ordered us subs through the app- I was in this direction of town and picked them up. When I got home, my sub was completely wrong. When I called I spoke to a lady (I’m guessing a manager) and told her. She said I could come pick a new one up(I told her I’m not wasting more gas when they screwed up and they are in the other side of town). She then offered a refund… but then she said well the machine isn’t allowing her to give the refund for the giant sub. So she was like give me your name and number and you can get a free giant next time. Mind you this was on June 4, 2025. We went there today July 13, 2025 and they told my husband nothing was in the system. I usually order from them and they always have been great but whoever I spoke with on this day- was an employee that doesn’t belong. Hopefully other managers can look into this incident. I will also call corporate tomorrow to notify them of the incident. My husband’s sub was correct this day so it was my sub that was wrong.

I used to really like *that other sub#@¥ sandwich place*, allot but I seen Jimmy John’s was just opened. One day I was in the area and wanted to try it…. Whoa what a difference in taste!! It’s actually real deli meat and FRESH everything. Needless to say I haven’t eaten at that “other sub sandwich place* again. It’s always Jimmy John’s for me when it comes to fresh sub sandwiches.

We got the giant sub. I believe it was called an Italian It was a warm sandwich it was delicious. The Sandwich was big enough that me and my husband ate off of it and we both have lunch for the next day. I also got a giant pickle yum who can resist a giant pickle. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Always comin in clutch! I order almost every time I’m on call and get stuck at work late. I show up within 9 mins and my order is ready! Super friendly staff and they make a dang good sandwich! 🙂
AND the only place around here that does a really great job with lettuce wraps, too! Us anti-gluten freaks appreciate it!

I have not been to a Jimmy John’s in quite some time. I went there to try the unwich. I got the Italian and it was delicious. They were very fast prepared it correctly and the establishment was very clean. I will be back again!
