I was here on 3/3 . Upon me entering. I could clearly hear a female African-American employee complaining about management. She was not discreet about her conversation. Upon me placing the order. I asked if my bacon for my sandwich could be warmed. This has been accommodated in the past. But upon upon my request this evening. I was greeted with a very disgruntled response of ” NO ” , as I was about to ask why. The female black employee replied ”I’m the manager and I know we don’t do that”. I can only assume from her conversation she was having on her cell phone . Made my request irrelevant. I also requested a combo meal, but when I got my order I noticed I only had one combo meal. This wasn’t a great experience

Extremely slow delivery and mediocre food. 50min from the time I ordered to the time the food arrived. Tuna sandwich had barely any tuna, and the other sub didn’t get the extra onions I requested. Delivery took so long (30 of the 50 minutes) the bread on both subs was soggy and gross. I won’t order from this location again.

How difficult is it to read what is ordered!
If we wanted regular sandwiches we would have ordered them. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. I wanted a tuna without tomatoes and add a slice of provolone. WHO said that if you can’t read, you can’t get a job, just go apply at 95th and Kedzie.

$12 for a horrible sandwich. Asked for a club lulu, add avocado. There was literally no turkey and practically no avocado. That again, I paid extra for. I know times are hard, groceries are expensive, but come on…..

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it never showed up. Spoke to the “manager” and they asked me if they had charge my card. And they promised to make it right…. But just blew off the order with no remorse whatsoever. Worst service ever! So I had to cancel the charge on my card. Thank god for ring camera footage to show they never showed up. Never ordering from this location again!

The food was great, but the music that they were playing was insulting and nasty. I think they should get better help because it’s not worthy and the service was just terrible. Yeah atmosphere was not very good. It wasn’t comfortable.

Worst Jimmy Johns service!!!! I ordered some 3 ham and cheese skinniest and they refused to put mayo on them for my kids( I offered to pay extra). Then the sandwich maker just throws my sandwiches on the counter. I asked if they can bag them for me and they told me know “Its a self service shop” according to Maggie and Greg. I spend $50 to bag my own stuff. I been going to one in Hyde Park and they are courteous enough to bag my orders and even put mayo without questions. Their customer services sucks big F@$!#ng time and I let them know that. Never going to this Jimmy Johns again

NOT FREAKY FAST AT ALL!!! I have ordered twice from here for delivery well in advanced of a specified time frame. Both times I am sitting here 30 minutes and more beyond this delivery window with no food. And both times this means a kid that will not eat their lunch until after the second game of a double header. Time to go across the street for sandwiches.
