Do you want to be left without money and without an order? This place is perfect! Place an order on the website and find out that the opening hours are incorrect! They will simply call you and say that the order has been cancelled, the money has not been refunded for it and I have not received any confirmation of cancellation!

I just had an experience with a lady that worked at this Jimmy John’s who was in my opinion very intoxicated on something. She tried to take my order but was having difficulty when I asked her if she was drunk or something she mumbled took off her apron and left me at the counter without completing my order from there the manager had to stop what she was doing and finished taking my order when I received my food and I left to go back to my car the intoxicated Jimmy John’s employee started to harass me I walked back in and told the manager that I was trying to go back to my car but she the intoxicated employee decided to harass me to my vehicle I told her the manager that I just wanted to documented I’m going to go back to my van and drive off I will never come back here I just wanted to get something to eat and be on my way and just like most people they do not need the extra drama with situations like this. Very disgusted with the situation but I love Jimmy John’s so I just won’t come back to this location.

Rude cashier. It’s fine that they want to be fast but not at the expense of being polite. And to top it off, she hold up my $20 to the light for 30 seconds to make sure it was good. I didn’t know they were counter fit experts. I hope she does that to all customers and that I wasn’t the only lucky one that got to find out I have legit currency in my wallet.. Visited 4/3/2017 @ noon first time.

Rushed over on Friday to make 8pm closing time. Got to store at 7:55 and the door was locked. The 2 people inside motioned for me to go away. How about observing 8:00pm or changing the closing time to 7:55. Between this and the many times the bread on the sandwich was stale, I will be skipping this location in the future.
