I visit this Jimmy John’s at least twice a week.I am also a club member . . .I Always order spicy Italian sub . Today I ordered it and it took like 2 minutes to make and when they handed it to me for some reason it looked very small and I questioned on how small it was. And the employee said no its the same size .So left and got home me and husband usually each eat a half when he opened it he even said why is it so little .It didn’t even taste the same as it normally does . I don’t like other sub places around so don’t mind paying a little more for good sub sandwich I visit this Jimmy John’s at least twice a week. Was very disappointed today. Hope it was just a bad day

Worst experience today when I went in around 1pm and order a number 5 Vito and I specifically said to the guy NO oil onion or lettuce and what does he do he put all that on and cuts the sandwich. I said remake it and he remade it with attitude and proceed to make it wrong again then I said no remake it again and then he got it right and threw the sandwich bag at me and I walked out. Worst Jimmy johns ever don’t come here to these jerks.

Romeoville JJ took an hour in a half to bring me the wrong sandwiches. They offered two free sandwiches at that location, they said all I had to do was give my phone number. The staff there did not give me a refund when I gave my number and told me that they didn’t work there when that happened so they couldn’t do anything. Pretty shady.

Ordered through Uber eats and the app said it’ll be at my location between 12:25 to 12:45. I called the restaurant the person who answered was rude as if I was bothering them. Sandwich was mediocre.. flat. Only like 2 pieces of Turkey on the sandwich. Not worth the money I spent.

Let’s face it when you’re extremely busy it’s hard to take care of everybody on a timely manner but these guys manage to do it! Do NOT order from this Jimmy Johns! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. After 35 mins I checked in for an update, they said it was on the way. After an hour I called again. They said they didn’t know what happened. I asked for a refund and they said the owner would have to do that. I’ve left FIVE messages for the owner, still no refund. If they are willing to steal from their customers, I can only imagine how well they take care of their food.

I enjoy a Jimmy John’s sandwich once in a while if it prepared to taste. I gave this location four stars. The best location is in Hyde Park because my sandwiches are always made perfectly with just enough spices. Every bite was very flavorable. Probably because she took her time and made that sandwich as if she was making it for herself. ☺️

Freaky fast ?…..freaky slow they mean,not happy with my delivery at all it arrived 1 hr and 25 min late when promised 18 min….when we called to ask about our order no one was picking up and to top it off it said the order was delivered when it wasn’t delivered. jimmy John’s will not refund you the money either. Will never order from here again

Not freaky fast… I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a sandwich from JJs…until now. The manager doesn’t seem to care and jokes around with the kids working here without a care. Also the lettuce had brown spots…
