I’ve only come through the drive thru but every time I’m met with such friendly employees! Just today, the youngest man in the drive thru window noticed the color of the coke was off and mentioned it to me to make sure it tasted okay before I left and when it didnt he made sure to get me fresh one. I know its a small thing but I can’t tell you how many times its happened where I notice my soda taste off after I already left.

Ordered online, order was marked as delivered. Called them they told me order was on its way. 20 minutes later the driver still had not arrived. Called them back and the kid on the phone basically said we are busy right now and you will not get your food. What a joke of establishment, manager really should look into getting these kids customer service skills because it is deplorable.

WORST Jimmy Johns!!!!! Always a problem every time I come. Asked for xtra kickin ranch on the sandwich and it’s literally inedible. Was trying to eat on my lunch break and it’s literally swimming, drowning in sauce. Why would y’all do this?

Come here often and every time I order for pickup at the drive-through. Usually wait is max 5-10 min around the same time but today was horrendous. There were 2 cars in front of me at 11 am, I waited 15 min before I got to the window. The person infront of me received their order and I pulled up right away and to my surprise there was no one there. My order was sitting right in my view but there was no one to hand it to me. I waited an extra 5 minutes for someone to show up. I have placed the online order at this point 30 minutes ago. It was already paid for as well. Once I pulled out there were cars almost wrapped around the entire building. I don’t know what system this location has in place but it does not work.

Haven’t been here I’m while but love it everytime I come here. Had the patio for the first time and the food WAS AMAZING. Always love coming to sox game plenty parking good people and fun atmosphere.

Employees require better training. They do not read tickets for online orders to see if items need to be added or removed. This has happened on multiple occasions since this location has opened.
It’s very much an inconvenience and a waste of food items that I cannot eat. Thankfully I have no allergies. However, anyone who does have allergies to certain food items should be wary about ordering online from this location. The likelihood that the items would be removed is unlikely.

I don’t normally write reviews but this Jimmy John’s is the worst I’ve been to. I know this location is somewhat newer, but they’ve been around a while at this point, and unfortunately the closest one to my job. They take forever, every time I go I have to wait a long time. I just pulled up to the drive thru now and was told immediately to wait 5 minutes. Also the older woman who is at the drive thru window sometimes is super unfriendly! Also, why can’t I order sliced pickles in the app? Lol

I frequently stop here on my lunch break and this location is absolutely the best! The staff is amazing and very friendly. Shariee exudes positive energy and she just brightens my day every time I see her. (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) This is probably the only Jimmy Johns that I go to consistently, so I’ll definitely be back. 🙂

Ordered at the counter and waited 17 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Only one other person had ordered, so they must have been prioritizing the drive-through.
I asked for no cheese but he couldn’t see the screen and charged for extra cheese.
The owners need to install a sunshade on the window so the workers can see the screen!
