I usually don’t order from this store but i ordered from them on the 14th of this month and they messed my bf food up. I called and got a credit for a new sandwich, cool. So today after work i go up there to use my free credit as well as my free sandwich reward. I get in there and you can tell the staff wasn’t having a great day. Very dry service. I tell them i have a credit for a free sandwich but the manager who gave said credit didn’t give her name. They look up my account and the cashier says “could it be under another number?” I said no it should be under there we came like a week ago. She says she doesn’t see it. Her manager (I’m assuming) looks over her shoulder and says “we only have a credit from the 14th is that the visit you’re referring to” i said that sound about accurate. I tell them i was it to exact same way i ordered it on the 14th and added 2 additional sandwiches. I asked if i could use my free sandwich reward and they tell me i have to redeem it. I found that weird because ive been able to use my rewards in store without redeeming them on the app. I questioned it a little and the manager has a real snobby attitude about not accepting my rewards so i said whatever and paid for my food. I got home and started to eat my sandwich but everything keeps falling off. Weird for jimmy John’s since the scoop out the bread to keep the topping on the sandwich. I turn my sandwich to the side to check it and sure enough it’s not scooped, all of my toppings are falling off and honestly I’m upset because now I’m struggling to even keep my sandwich together. I’ve only ever ordered from this location a total of 3 times and each time it’s a not great experience. Idk who the store manager is over there but please talk to your crew. They genuinely seem to hate their jobs and are taking it out on our sandwiches. Looks like I’ll be going back to Weber

I went to this establishment twice, and was not disappointed.
The place is clean, decent and in order. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The food is good and have many different options for everyone.

Immature staff don’t know how to communicate amicably. Can’t explain how some rewards from account in app cannot be used in store. Calling me out to have an attitude when called out the JJ rewards system doesn’t make sense.

Just stopped by to grab my in app pick up order. One sandwich, chips, and a cookie that I used my loyalty points on. I get home and it’s just the sandwich. Without my pickles & not “extra peppers” They even forgot to add the mustard packets I asked for…… No chips or cookie. Very upsetting. Would love a refund!

just bought a bag of chips from store #629. The bag had already been opened & taped shut on the inside and outside to resell…And someone put another bag over it to conceal the tape…absolutely disgusting!! Called the store and the manager offered to replace my chips with a bag of their (likely tampered with) chips. Nothing else. FUTURE GUESTS – DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TAMPERED WITH. I would give zero stars if I could.
Attempted to email corporate and their email isn’t working. Tweeted at them and they did nothing. You are lucky my toddler didn’t eat any of the chips. I’d be pressing charges.

Review is specific to a recent delivery experience. Consistent with other reviewers, this location created an atrocious experience with wait times. For having to be ‘freaky fast,’ we waited 45 minutes from order time to delivery, saw our order cancelled, and dealt with rude customer service when we called to complain about the delay. Definitely do not use this location for delivery – they have no idea how to manage logistics.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.
I went in to get a sandwich on my break, a #12, no cucumber and add easy onion. The guy at the register was rude, he didn’t even acknowledge me so I stood there waiting for him to let me know he was ready to take my order. When I looked down from the menu to see if he was ready he looked annoyed that I didn’t order yet, didn’t say anything to me just stared at me like I was inconveniencing him. So I told him my order as stated above. He put down no cucumber but easy tomato. Then told me I had a free cookie reward, I said sure, grabbed one. He charged me for it and if it wasn’t a reward I wouldn’t have gotten one. Okay, whatever I can pay the $3 for the cookie and I can deal without the onion.
But when I got back to work and I bit into my sandwich there was cucumber, a lot of it as if they put extra cucumber. So at that point I was annoyed.
Rude service, didn’t take my order correctly, and charged me for a “free cookie”.
Be sure to check your receipt and your sandwich before leaving this location. Or just go to pot belly across the street instead because they don’t care about your business. I don’t know how they can drop the ball at every step of their job. Waste of money and time.

This location has literally gone completely down hill. You’re no longer greeted when you walk in. Good luck ordering online and have them actually read the ticket. Does this look like extra lettuce on a garg?
Such a shame, it’s my closest Johns but I think I’ll take my business down the road. I’ve literally waited my last ten orders to see if they’d improve, didn’t happen. Maybe a bad crop of workers. Either way, I’ll be taking a pass on this location for the next few months.

Staff member raven makes our sandwiches the best! He’s always fast and hands out quality work and shows he cares about the customers orders. Been going to this location for months and every time he’s there always shows effort and makes my sandwiches the best like no other staff. I hope I got or spelled his name out right. I’m enjoying my order he just made me while writing this review! HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!
