0 stars. Staff was rude and not friendly for vegetarians. I am vegetarian and they told me they could NOT toast my sandwich. I had to pay extra for the turkey sandwich without turkey to get it toasted(same as veg sandwich). Messed up toppings and staff did not care. Also the last sandwich was misplaced and we had to ask them, they almost gave it so someone else.
Please do NOT go here. Manager please train your employees to be friendly and considerate for diet restrictions. HORRIBLE

I can always count on JJ’s to be consistently excellent. I have never been to a bad location and that probably about 30 different places in different states. Thanks to the local owner and the company for being an excellent brand. Oh and the sandwiches are excellent too!

I’m not local but came out for training and both days I was out there, i came to this jimmy johns. I eat the veggie sandwich, which was yummy and had a good amount of veggies. Other places are cheap and basically give you bread.

Worse place eveeeer, little girls swiping the carpet with the brum back at four at very fast pace trowing all the dust at all the ingredients. So I tell her excuse me can u stuff doing that u throwing all the dust at my face and also at another people that we waiting to get out sandwich plus all the dust was folling at the little bar by the open vegetables , she just said ok at complete ignore me at keep doing that even more fast . Imagine our food all contaminated with all kind the bacteria’s . Why she don’t use a vacuum.

Not my first complaint about this place. Took 50 minutes to get my sandwich delivered and I live less than 2 miles away. When I called the manager, I’m assuming, said there were 22 orders in front of me. Hire more drivers or find a way to get the food quicker to your customers. Your motto is literally “freaky fast.”

Ordered a sandwich through the app, works at the aldi right behind it. Waits 2 hrs asking employees if anyone has came by they say no one. Call through the app “ hey I ordered a sandwich just looking for an update” this young lady says “ oh ya the driver dropped it off at the wrong address “ okay sooo what are you gonna do.. “I’ll remake you one” that’s great you should do that, but no apology, didn’t say we will give you your money back or a free item, nothing. I couldn’t leave the building hence delivery so I had an employee pick it up, he said nobody apologized to him for me so very disappointed. Also tipped the driver too
