I live up the road and have been twice. The first time the staff were rude, but I gave them a second chance had a pleasant experience the next day. Both times the coffee was great. Please be nice to your customers.

I had a great experience at this location. They are new and trying to get on their feet so of course there were some things that needed improvement, but that being said Dee, Lewis, and Alex made our first visit there awesome!! We appreciated how patient you were with our little as he tried to choose between all the flavors of donuts. You all were very patient! Thank you!!!

The food was great as usual however there is manager named Keyona that has no business being in customer service. She is rude to the customers, and I would hate to be a co worker of hers. She was treating them like dirt in front of customers. I will not be returning because of her. Neither will my friends that were with me.

I can’t believe that upper management would allow her to continue to treat people like this. She was yelling at her coworkers and speaking down to them. She very rudely yelled for customers to come get their orders. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.

The place is new, give them a second guys. That being said, while the donuts and food werent Michelin style quality, everyone was so extremely friendly and nice when I went to get my pickup order. I went during a low traffic time, about 10am, and everything was ready with a smile and genuine conversation that made me feel so nice afterwards. I will definitely be a returning regular when my budget allows, and I cant wait to see them grow even more. The manager, a white lady with brown hair, and the few workers I met were all so lovely and sweet and interactive, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start off my day. As with any new business or new place, please have grace, let them find their footing and settle in.

I know the new Dunkins focus is on their coffee..but if your going to sell donuts..at least make them correctly. They are dry. Some could taste decent if there was icing on them. Im not sure who’s making donuts but they need a big lesson on how to ice and finish donuts. They are iced like you put butter on toast. Just slapped on and barely there.
Theres no sense of pride in the work.
I hope they get this corrected. I love the donuts. .but will not buy them from here.

There are much higher quality donuts in the area that I would go to instead. Not sure if they ran out by 9am but they didn’t have a few of the classics and one long john we ordered didn’t have the chocolate icing on it. I wasn’t expecting gourmet, especially given there’s hardly anyone in the parking lot when I often drive by but I was hoping they’d do better than they are. Not sure what this is a reflection of but I hope it gets better!

I live up the block from this Dunkin and have visited twice now. The staff has been friendly, baked goods and breakfast sandwich were correctly made and tasted fresh, and the coffee tasted the same between visits. The inside of the store is brand new and spotless, and there are plenty of areas to sit should you want to. The hours of this location are also very good for people working varied shifts — they open at 4a and close at 8p.

I got donuts in the driveway through. When I got home and opened them they tasted stale. Terrible. What a waste of money. No phone number foe the location to call them.

This store has been open for 3 days. How is the redhead girl at the windows attitude already bad. She gave the wrong donuts. They were old and hard. Forget a grand opening, go on and close! Won’t be back!

First time going to the Lyndon location. It’s big, bright, and clean.

Walked in with my daughter and ordered cold brew, two donuts, and breakfast sandwich. It took 12 minutes for all of my things to be ready.

There were six workers in there but really only two were working – others standing around.

This location will thrive if the service is fast. If it is like it was this morning, I won’t go back.
