This is the 2nd time I ordered from this store. 1st time took me 2.5 hours to get my sandwich when the said 30 min max. Mind you they’re less than .3 mil from me. I always ask to call me to let me know when to come downstairs. This lazy delivery lady/ person buzzes and leaves my food outside missing parts of my order

The food was great !
BUT when my 12 year old daughter and I were finished eating – I went up to the (I think) manager to ask for the bathroom code. She rudely snapped back stating that she couldn’t give me the code and the bathrooms were for employees only. But the signs outside the bathroom doors indicate they are for customer use.
Now- normally I’d let this roll off my back, but my 12 year old needed it. Her response was rude and snappy. some people have medical issues, as a paying customer I don’t think access should be denied- especially in a manner such as hers.

Sandwiches are pretty good. Stay away from the soda fountain, though! The ice chute is consistently covered in mold, and one time I received a dead bug in my cup.

Not sure what it is or why it is, but this is probably one of the poorest run Jimmy John’s in their fleet. I get it they’re franchises but seriously this location is just the worst. When I call to follow up on an order I’m told the driver is on their way so like a fool I wait 10-15 more minutes and then call again & they say he’s leaving right now, So I say you told me 15 minutes ago that he was in the car on his way to my house she said that’s what I thought my bad. Seriously ever hear of apologizing? I mean, I get it Oak Park people are entitled but still seriously on your mistake. And trust and believe and before writing this review, I called and spoke to the manager at the restaurant I was told stuff happens not we’re sorry your order is always late or you know, let me do something to make sure it’s on time next time nope nothing. So when you’re looking for something freaky fast, don’t look for Jimmy John, at least not the one in Oak Park.

I enjoy a Beach Club here about once a month. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. I always take out, I don’t know about their delivery service. Couple parking spots in the back of the building although they’re often full.

Upon the arrival I was not greeted when I came in through the door. The employee was rude and real unpleasant with me being a guest coming in trying to have a delicious Jimmy John’s sandwich. The water and drinks we’re not that good and the sandwich was this tasteful will not be coming back here again.

The service can be inconsistent depending on who’s answering the phone. Therefore, the orders can be wrong- especially during their lunch hours. Once, I spent 15 minutes while their credit card machine was down, and they kept swiping my card. It never came back up. I left, and I didn’t have cash. I went across the street and ordered food in minutes. The management needs to train the employees better. There seems to be a good amount of turnover. The employees are always pleasant though, and the sandwiches are typical Jimmy John’s quality if made according to your order.

Ordered sandwich for delivery on a Tuesday at 748pm for “as soon as possible”. Email confirmation came back and said delivery is scheduled for next day. I Called to cancel and was told the sandwich was on its way already. Called back at 820ish and was told it would be there “shortly”. Sandwich finally arrived warm and soggy – a whole hour later. I certainly appreciate the lack of driver situation but a little honesty from the manager would have been appreciated. I could have cancelled and ordered something else. As it was, this was a pretty terrible JJ delivery. Beware delivery during the week. They don’t appear to be staffed to deliver in a timely manner.
