I am so disappointed in my experience here and I can’t believe in the service I received. I ordered a #6 with oil and vinegar. Got home and realized half the ingredients were missing from the sandwich. I went back and explained the sandwich I ordered was not what I received. I waited a long time for the correct sandwich to find that the oil and vinegar I originally asked for was left off the second sandwich. I went inside to ask that it just be added to the sandwich and instead of doing that, the lady went and got a small cup and gave me a weird jelly like substance in a little cup with a lid and said it was oil and vinegar.. which I don’t think I believe.
I will not be returning to this location. To get an order wrong is one thing, everyone makes mistakes.. but to get it wrong twice and then not address that with any level customer service is just not acceptable.

I’m not sure why this JJ location has such a low rating. I was on a tight schedule today (7/14/25) and this location was close.
I was greeted nicely when I ordered and the sandwich techs both said hello. I ordered #4 Tom Turkey’s with extra veggies. Both were made exactly how we wanted them and ended up being one of the best JJ sandwiches we’ve had in a long time!
The shop was clean, service friendly, sandwiches made fast, fresh and packaged nicely. I’d definitely choose this location as the JJ “go to”!

Honestly, this was the worst jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. I went through the drive thru as i have a newborn and toddler and the worker at the window was texting for about 3 minutes before she even noticed me at the window to take my payment. When i got home, my bread was extremely stale. I called the store and they told me bring the sandwiches back….. absolutely ridiculous. I have to bring my sandwich back just so they can throw them out and remake it? I explained that i didnt have the bandwidth to come back with a newborn and toddler and the store manager said she couldn’t do anything about that. I don’t mean to be a Karen about this, but if you want good neighborhood service, you definitely won’t find it here.

I ordered a few weeks ago & an item was missing from my order. So I called & they offered me a generous credit. I ordered again & my order was wrong. In order to use the credit, I had to call in my order, but was put on hold for a long time just to confirm the total price, which was actually incorrect. So my delivery person got a huge tip & I didn’t really get a credit. They also didn’t include a straw for my drink, which is not a problem on its own, but in light of the two incorrect orders, I’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s three times in the last week I’ve asked for extra onion every time!! Today I said extra onion heavy heavy onion again i only see 1 maybe 2 onions come on man.

And Jimmy John’s, Yes I already shared my experience through your link. I was offered the opportunity to drive all the way back to the restaurant 3 hours later for the bag of chips that was left out of my order. Not worth my time.

I am no writing a review for this Jimmy ‘s because every time I go in there the staff is super nice and friendly. My husband ordered the wrong sandwich on accident but they allowed him to come back in and they made him a new one, without hesitation. I only order from this Jimmy Johns location because of how clean the restaurant is and how friendly each and everyone of them are . I just want to say if you haven’t been to this one you should definitely check it out . You will not be disappointed in any way.

When my friend and I first got there the lady taking our order was very standoffish. I ordered an original combo as well as my friend and at first the service was good because I misordered and they fixed my sandwich question asked. But they said they ran out off white bread (it was only 3pm and people after me got white bread). Then the food itself ended up tasting subpar. My friends white bread tastes like she was chewing grains of sand it was hard. The sandwich also had no taste. The decorations are very questionable, like some of the signs. They lady who took our order also was checking her phone in the front instead of going to the back. Chips were good and the original service is why I gave a one star. I would give half a star if that were possible. I would definitely not come back!!

This location is super close to my house, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Went in to buy sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon and as I placed my 3rd sandwich order I was rudely asked how many I was going to order. I said 2 more, as I was buying lunch for my family, and the manager said he wasn’t sure they could fulfill my order. He went to count the bread and said for future “large” orders I needed to do a catering order ahead of time. Tried again around holiday time to get smaller gift cards for gym, music, art, and library teachers. I was informed they wouldn’t do gift cards under ten dollars, even though I was buying multiples. (However, another Jimmy John’s location had no issue with my request). Third times a charm, right? Asked if I could have the vinegar and oil in a small container as the sandwich was for the next day (didn’t want it to get soggy) and I was informed they don’t do that. Fast forward to today – needed a twenty dollar gift card and wanted to use a fifty to pay, but was informed they couldn’t accept the large bill. I could understand if I was buying a six dollar sandwich, but I didn’t need that much change. Needless to say, I’ll take my business and to another location.

I walked in about a week ago. This is a little bit of a late review but I just have to tell you guys what happened! I walked in was not greeted for about 15 minutes. Everybody looked so confused on who was going to take the order everybody’s looking at each other heard one person say he does not want to do it.. second of all told him I have an allergy I seen the person put bacon on another sandwich. I told him I was allergic to pork. He never switched out his gloves. From any of the orders he was making, he kept the same gloves on by far the worst food I’ve ever had a Jimmy John’s, and this is my first time back at the restaurant in over five years. The biggest mistake I’ve been in my life to come here that day everybody reading this stay!
