I ordered three sandwiches through the online app, which gave a pick up time of 5:00 to 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:10pm and was told the order wasn’t started yet. A staff member then called me to share they were out of roast beef. I got the food at 5:18 pm, which is not “freaky fast.” I sent a message to the company regarding my feedback, but I got no answer. I replied I would like a roast beef sandwich, which is what I ordered, but got no response.

Honestly a coin toss with every order. I order frequently from here bc its close by to where I work. Literally 5 minutes or less away… but usually wait up to an hour for the delivery or they will send it it an Uber delivery which takes longer. They only have a couple drivers and they are nice but don’t understand why it takes so longall the time I hate when they send it to Uber

If there was a negative star rating I would give it. I called when our order was 20 minutes late for delivery. The manager said it was on its way they were busy and had one driver. At 35 minutes the food still wasn’t here and I called back. The manager stated the food was now on its way. I said so you lied before and in that amount of time I could have come and picked up the food like I offered. It’s 90 degrees out and I have a kid on a baseball field who needs to eat. No apology or anything. I asked for her name and she denied giving me her name and hung up on me. I called back and asked again and then asked for the Franchise owners name. She told me to go on the website and find it she was too busy. I am a business owner and if this person was my manager she would be fired for customer service like that.

Ordered a curbside pickup today. App said orders is ready but no one came out for 15 mins. I had to go in a pick up and when asked about my order, rep was on call for 5 more minutes. I gas to locate my order and pick up. What’s the point of giving option of curbside pickup if you’re not going to do it?

Had their cold turkey sandwich which was good. Bread very soft. My favorite is the fudge chocolate brownie. I can’t stop eating them. I need to stay away from them. Lol.
