Got the Giant #9 Italian Night Club, cut into quarters with all the mods, and it absolutely delivered. Fresh bread, generous portions of Italian meats, and everything perfectly balanced with the oil & vinegar and hot peppers. Cutting it into quarters made it way easier to eat and honestly felt like four perfect mini-sandwiches instead of one giant mess.
Everything tasted super fresh, the order was made exactly right, and it came out fast even during a busy time. This is hands-down one of the best subs you can get if you’re actually hungry. Consistent, filling, and exactly why Jimmy John’s is a go-to. Will 100% order this again.

Fast service, chill staff. I liked my sandwich… but they forgot to add bacon to my significant other’s sandwich, and he was pissed. But that won’t stop him from going back. He loves Jimmy John’s. Other than that, we had a chill time together. We’ll stop by next time we are in the area. Keep up the good work.

I frequently order from this location to my office and Pete is the absolute best!! He is extremely kind and always goes above and beyond by bringing the order directly to whichever office or cubical we’re in. He is such a joy and so thoughtful during our few seconds of chatting during the drop offs. I really hope Jimmy Johns HQ knows just how great he is. Thank you Pete!!!

Definitely have seen improvement here since the Kildeer location closed. It was tough there for a bit. But lately everything has been ready when promised, orders complete and fresh ingredients used with little error. Please keep it going!

Can’t deliver 2.7 miles away… shame. Edit: i will not be following up. The map they drew up included the kildeer location in mind. To not update the map now that the 2nd location has closed is costing them business. The real owner will see this post and hopefully update the coverage map. They are missing out on delivery to the lake zurich middle school south area…

I am so sick and tired of service quality these days. Not sure ,if its a training issue or nobody working simply gives a crap. I am not a picky person neither nor do I order on daily basis, this is once in the week type of thing. If I take the last 2-3 months, out of 10 orders from various places, probably 2 of them where completely right where there wasn’t some kind of issue. It starts getting on your nerves a bit, especially when most of the times you end up paying a tip which has become almost like a standard, so to speak a default preset on checkout…… Tip used to be paid for overall service quality and extra effort ,but when most of the places have 3rd party drivers and you are tipping the driver whom has nothing to do with many of these screw ups that happen at the oven, hands are shaking not to pay however I am seriously considering to simply stop tipping going forward. Jimmy John’s is no different, ordered 3 sandwiches , two of them no tomatoes, one of them with drink on the side. This wasn’t even a 3rd party website ,but direct order through Jimmy john’s website. Order comes with no drink ,both sandwiches with tomatoes. Basically got only one sandwich right…….. Yes, its simple, in a way they gave me more than I asked and then less ,but this is business that they run and certainly the intention is to get it right. I have no allergies or anything like that, but there are people who ask for things not to be included for other reasons other than I pay so I have it how I want or just ,because they don’t like it, but ,because they cannot have it therefore it could become a serious issue. I feel like ever since early COVID days, services have gone downhill…….

Pregnant and can’t stomach much more than sandwiches. I’ve been ordering from here a lot and the food quality and customer service are poor. The icing on the cake is I have gotten my turkey sandwich with no turkey on it twice. I actually don’t understand how someone can make a turkey sandwich without turkey and not realize they may be forgetting something. The last time they messed it up, I called and told the employee there was no turkey on my sandwich. He said, “Are you sure? Because I made it.” I have no clue what him making my cucumber and cheese sandwich had to do with anything, but it turns out despite him having made it, there was still no turkey on it. This place needs to get it together. Hangry.

Ordered my sandwich at 11:30 am for 12 pm delivery. 12:30 rolled by so I called “oh we don’t have a driver, so we doordashed your order. He just left” I’m (10 minutes away at work mind you). 1 pm hits, I call and ask if they have tracking on the dasher. “Oh our driver just left with several orders, give us 15-20 minutes”. 1:30 pm, call and ask for refund and cancel my order. I’ll be very surprised if I get my refund. Never ordering Jimmy John’s again

This particular location has a fantastic staff. Today we decided to try something new, and for a fast food option, I didn’t expect the associate behind the counter to come over and ask us how we liked our food. Keep up the good work guys! Rob and Daniel are fantastic!
