I’ve never felt more unwanted in a restaurant than I did today at this Jimmy John’s. There was no greeting the customer and the person who took my order seemed absolutely dead inside. Zero customer service skills. If you’re looking for food, go somewhere that actually wants you as a customer and is happy to help.

I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”

Good food & service! I’ve gone to this Jimmy John’s ~30 times over the past year … nearly always ordering the same thing #6 (cheese + avocado) on thickly sliced wheat. The food is always good and the service is prompt and pleasant!

I was overcharged and customer service was bad about handling the situation. I was not even offered the overcharge difference back. Staff members response after I said “I just wanted to let you know I was overcharged” looks at me and says “oh that’s ok”. ??? I’m confused as to how that’s ok

HORRIBLE and i mean HORRIBLE service . They charge your card and keep you waiting for over a hour for deliveries scheduled in ADVANCE. They also refuse to answer their phone when customers call. This location is horrible, people work in this area and rely on delivery to be on time because of lunch times. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
