This is the best American Deli in Covington or Conyers. The wings, fried rice, salad and philly are the best. But them fries are ! My door dash defaults to Salem Rd, so I drive all the way to this one because the food is way better! I highly recommend this location.

I just place an order there through Uber Eats, I received spoil chicken. After taking a bite, it tasted funny, so a grab another to taste it was the same. When I smelled it, it literally smells like ammonia meaning they served me spoiled chicken. I called to speak with the manager, which the young lady said wasn’t available. I left my phone number, then she state I may or may not get a phone call back. Never again will I eat at this place. Never had this experience before.

American Deli in Covington ga. on 278. The food at this location is amazing. The cooks in the back are very courteous and very nice. The young lady behind the cash register ringing up the orders. She is also very very nice. There was another young lady that was supposed to call out the orders that was sitting and playing on her cell phone, not paying attention. She was NOT nice. My order came up. I’m sitting there waiting for my food. Another young lady comes in places to order, places her order and gets her… order still had not been called out when I stand up walked towards the cash register the young lady that was on her phone playing stand up looks at me and says what number are you? I tell her my number. She looks at me and snarky says; “ I called that number out”. I said “no you did not”. She said “yes I did” (very nasty). I said “baby girl, no you did not call my order. I’ve been sitting here”. The other young lady looked at her because she knew she had not called my order. All she had to do, was not say anything. She didn’t have to say ‘I called your order out’ very nasty. She didn’t have to say, “yes I did” very nasty. She was rude, very rude.

Worst American deli ever! I saw the reviews with receiving old wings, but wanted to try this location for myself. I also received old wings and old fries! Wings and fries extremely rock hard and cold! This location should be shut down, very distasteful!

Went in today for a chicken Philly combo. I received my cups to fill whilst waiting on my food. I filled my cup with ice only to look in it and see black flakes all over my ice. I told the young lady behind the counter that black flakes we coming out into the ice and she told an older gentleman who then tried to act as if I were lying even after I showed him the flakes floating in my cup! I will not be eating there again cause it they don’t even clean their ice machine I can only imagine what wear they don’t clean

When you get to go orders from this location if you get wings and stuff the packaging how it’s packaged it’s loosely packaged and the wings go all over the place the sauce goes all over the place I really wish we would stop counting the pennies And think about the customer in the quality it’s not nice to get something to go and then have all your sauce and meal inside the bag instead of the containers tape the containers do something to seal them or double bag put the wings inside its own bag and then after you do them in another bag but secure the first bag the wings are in so this will not happen
