My visit was 10/4. Whatever team was working that day, you absolutely rock and management should acknowledge you! I ordered online and was super early. Walked in and sat down and the staff was already dealing with a long line. The lady at the counter went out of her way to come to my table and ask if I had a pickup which I said yes. She printed the ticket asap and the gentleman working the line hand delivered it to me! I’ve never had this service done at a JJ. This team absolutely rocked and you all are appreciated thank you for being a great location!!

Said 15 min for delivery but took 45. Also missed ALL of the freebies for 3 sandwiches when I went over it three times with them and it’s written on the receipt. My other two had no additions so they couldn’t mess that up. It was a business order for customers so not like I had time to drive over to have it remade in The middle of the day to go back and tell them to fix it. I Truly don’t understand what’s happening here. Not the first this this has happened here. What’s the point of freebies if you can’t add them in. Train the employees to read and add the freebies and mark off the sandwiches as they get made.

The delivery at this location is horrible. They need to be honest with customers upfront about their delivery times instead of expecting people to wait over a hour for a sandwich. I ordered her on sat nothing… delivery never came but said it was delivered. Tried to order today and already delivery is very late. What happened to freaky fast. Nope not at this location. You’ll be lucky if you get it at all.

The two gentlemen there on August 4, 2024 at 10:30 am were extremely welcoming and were super fast. They made sure our rewards were scanned so we could get points which I would have forgotten about. I had modifications with our sandwiches which they took care of with no problem and were made perfectly. They made sure our sandwiches also had sufficient napkins/packets of sauce in the bag. It’s refreshing to have such friendly service thank you!!

Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and there was only one employee working. How this young man kept a cordial and professional attitude is beyond me. He did an amazing job ensuring every order was handled correctly even as more and more customers came in. He should be recognized for his amazing service. As for the management… do better at scheduling. There should be 2 employees at all times. Otherwise, the manager should come in and help.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind, after ordering the tuna sandwich two visits in a row, that the staff is definitely skimping on portion size to save money. The tuna sandwich used to be very generous. It was packed with tuna and cheese. The last two times I have gone in there, the sandwich is 75% lettuce, and the cheese amount definitely seems less. The amount of tuna is barely enough to cover the bread. The first time this happened I thought it was an anomaly so I would give them another chance. I was just in the other day and same thing. I am so sick of all these restaurants. Trying to short change everybody. Looks like Jimmy John’s is going the way up chipotle with decreasing portion sizes and the same high prices. Looks like I will have to check out Subway and Jersey Mike’s which are all in the same area.

It took less than an hour for them to deliver that woman 15 sandwiches during their lunch rush. That should be positive! What do you expect? 15 sandwiches in 5 minutes? please.
Someone else is mad because they happen to not be in their delivery zone…something they have no control over. If it’s so close, drive yourself.
My experience was fine. The delivery guy got a little lost, but he called me several times and was apologetic. The food was correct. Quick. He didn’t act all weird when my dog jumped up to smell the food.
It’s a decent place. Stop leaving unfair reviews people.

Asked for ez mayo was only customer in line and while my order was being made other than one person I can name specificly bit won’t for privacy issues but me and this person where the only possible people to order anything and if the can handle ez mayo after talking to people behind the counter
