There is absolutely no doubt in my mind, after ordering the tuna sandwich two visits in a row, that the staff is definitely skimping on portion size to save money. The tuna sandwich used to be very generous. It was packed with tuna and cheese. The last two times I have gone in there, the sandwich is 75% lettuce, and the cheese amount definitely seems less. The amount of tuna is barely enough to cover the bread. The first time this happened I thought it was an anomaly so I would give them another chance. I was just in the other day and same thing. I am so sick of all these restaurants. Trying to short change everybody. Looks like Jimmy John’s is going the way up chipotle with decreasing portion sizes and the same high prices. Looks like I will have to check out Subway and Jersey Mike’s which are all in the same area.

I signed up for their app. And I went in there to get my free sandwich on my birthday. They told me they can’t give me my free sandwich because my points were not showing. I showed them my driver’s license to prove it was my birthday. But they said no. It’s not about the about the sandwich it is about winning the customer that was my first time in this store and that was my last time I will never ever come in there ever again or it to any Jimmy John’s ## Jersey Mike’s.

Don’t bother asking these guys for anything extra. This particular location will charge you for extra mayo or avocado, but won’t actually add it in. Tried them 3 different times, each time they didn’t give me what I paid for. Just got one today and the mentioned ingredients were actually less than they normally are even though I asked and was charged for extra. Just go to a different Jimmy John’s.

Thomas is the definition of EXCEPTIONAL and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He absolutely brightened up my day and gave me such an amazing deal on my sandwich. He pitched to me to make the JJ app and I was able to get a free sandwich. He absolutely deserves a raise. He made my day.

About the same as other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Staff was a bit more friendly and attentive. Fans were set kind of high and blew napkins around. Not a big deal. Just saying you’ll need a paperweight.

I went there with a hundred dollar bill on a Saturday during my half hour lunch break. I waited in line for 20 minutes and started to give them my order when one of the employees seen the hundred dollar bill in my hand and said “we don’t have change for that” my response was ” you don’t have 40 dollar’s?” He said “no” which was a lie because they opened the drawer for the person behind me and I could coalesce clearly see there was more than 40 dollars in the drawer. So I had to leave and go to 4 different banks to get change by that time my lunch was over. Then I had to go back to Jimmy John’s and pick up our food. When I returned there was 6 people in line so I waited then got our food. I was 20 minutes late returning to work. So 3 other people including myself didn’t receive a lunch! That’s absolute asinine!!!! “Subs so fast you’ll freak” UMMMMMM I THINK NOT!!!!

Stopped into this place yesterday around 7:20pm to grab a really quick bite. When I walked in there was guy on the phone taking an order and there was a girl in the back not sure what she was doing but she ended up making her way up to the register and just stared at me for 30-45 seconds. No greeting, No how can I help you or may I take your order nothing. It got really awkward so I said out loud ok I guess I’ll just order and proceeded to order. As I am ordering the guy who was on the phone starts making a sandwich and I notice that he is looking back and forth at the register for toppings. I asked hey those are not my sandwiches are they. He says yes, I ordered my sandwiches on sliced whole wheat and he is making them on French bread. He had to remake them. No big deal. I grab my order and leave when I grabbed my bag I thought to myself it feels a little light for what I ordered which was 2 Turkey Tom’s with extra meat and fixings. I get to my destination to find out that there is no extra meat on either sandwich. Of course they closed at 8pm so no one answered the phone and I do not live in the area. What a waste.

Asked for ez mayo was only customer in line and while my order was being made other than one person I can name specificly bit won’t for privacy issues but me and this person where the only possible people to order anything and if the can handle ez mayo after talking to people behind the counter
