There are 7 people working & there was 4 people waiting for their sandwiches. I have never had such slow service at a Jimmy Johns, especially with so many people working. They were cleaning which is to nice to see but it’s 6pm prime dinner time maybe wait until a less busy time of day.

Ordered on website that said delivery available. Son ordered and received notification that delivery was going to be at a certain time frame. Waited 15 minutes beyond time given for delivery and nothing showed up. Called the store and they said they didn’t have drivers available so we must of used door dash. We paid for delivery from Jimmy John’s plus a tip. Horrible. Don’t post delivery is available and allow the system to accept payment for delivery with the food if you don’t have people to do it. The staff said our food is in the store and they won’t deliver it despite being paid for delivery. Cancelled the order as there is a reason people order delivery like maybe you don’t have a vehicle!

Horrible experience, walked in wait for five minutes while jonnica struggled to count the till, no “hi, give me just one sec” no “be right with you”, nothing just her RBF, was super upset when she took my order, and it used to be freaky fast but now it’s fricking slow, took 20 minutes for my unwhich, I used to love jimmy John’s what happened. Food was ok but the service was terrible.

Not quite sure what happened to “freaky fast” but there have been multiple occasions (at this same location) where it’s taken 20 and 30+ minutes to get sandwiches. Each time I’ve waited I’ve tried to give the benefit out the doubt (even tipped when others were rude/angry with staff); however, after a 4th time with the same issue I can’t stick up for them anymore. The food is fine – it’s kind of hard to mess up a sandwich – but the staff are short tempered and rude and there seems to be zero “hustle” to be seen. If you have time to wait, it’s a fine place. If you’re in a hurry I’d suggest going elsewhere

Why is there only one person working on a Saturday? Place my order online. Had to wait another 20 min just get have the employee give me my order. What’s the point of online ordering if your order says it’s ready but the “single” only worker isn’t ready? Jimmy John’s can’t afford another employee to work on the weekend? Really? Not blaming the single person working there, they’re actually doing their best but woooooooooow. If I knew it was going to take this long just to pick up my order I never would have done it in the first place. Seriously regret ordering here. Good luck to anyone else. Highly suggest bringing a book.

https://yelp.to/2cMUjDrg8U as I mentioned in my Yelp review had I not ordered my sandwiches before using the restroom I would have turned around and walked straight out but to touch on a couple issues that were most disturbing one would be my wife and I are both disabled we ordered our sandwiches set down moments later a young man behind the counter yelled at us and said our sandwiches were ready for pickup instead of being courteous walking from around the corner and dropping our sandwiches off at our table in front of us yes we were forced to pick them up at the counter I guess the young man is crippled and has a difficult time walking 10 ft that would be clear to draw the correlation as to how come the men’s restroom were in such a sad state, from the counter where he was at to the restrooms can’t be more than 20 foot they were filthy and disgusting urine was all over the floor and the toilet seat the waste can was overflowing and trash was on the floor there was toilet paper stuck to the plunger sitting just right of the toilet if your employees are too lazy to clean the facility especially the bathrooms then you should probably put an out of order sign on the door I’m sure I don’t have to express my displeasure I’m sure I don’t have to say we won’t be back to the store on 32nd

Service was spot on, friendly, quick, and lots of smiles. They had two sandwiches ready before I even paid for them. The subs are top notch, lots of toppings and flavorable. Stopped in tonight, May 28th, empty store and the “freaky fast” is a thing of the past. Very slow to make 2 wraps and a #15 sub. McDonalds microwave burgers were faster. Two people making the subs should’ve been quick.

Bought bread online. They wouldn’t give it to me. They must not know how to bake bread here. Also the 25 minutes I had to sit and wait there to be told I was sold bread (as I looked at about 30 loaves) and wasn’t going to be given the bread I watched the male employee touch the inside and outside of the garbage can (at least 8 times), the till, and money with thier rubber gloves on then go right back to making and touching people’s food with the same gloves on. Horrible way to do business and Horrible food handling practices. I now understand why the vast majority of recent reviews are 1 star.
