07/18/2024. Our first time to Jimmy John’s. We were at the Jimmy John’s next to the university in Fargo. The location is very nice. The only drawback was the parking, there wasn’t much, hard to find and not much parking. As we haven’t been out to a sandwich restaurant for many years it was a nice change. Everything in the sub was fresh and prepared as asked. We couldn’t find a bread option which is important as my better 1/2 is type one diabetic. No big deal and we didn’t ask. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The location was spotless even the washrooms. I feel the washroom are a good example of how the restaurant is kept.
NOTE: The parking is at the rear of the building and you have to walk around to the front to access the building.
All in all we liked it.

Had 2 of the new Gyro sandwiches very good but a big complaint would be they both had a very stingy amount of the tzatziki sauce they need to triple that so if you order definitely ask for extra!

If I could’ve put zero stars, I would have. My $28 sandwich was black on edges, I had to cut most of bread of and it was terrible. They basically told me there was nothing hung they could do because the “manager” that made the sub toasted it for correct amount of time. I never would have sent a sandwich out like that and this was a manager! There was barely anything on it, like one piece of turkey. I ordered peppers and there was maybe 2 on there. I used to order Jimmy John’s a few times a week, I will NEVER eat there again. I wish I could post a picture.

Ordered delivery at 9 am to get my food for my scheduled lunch break 12 -1230 set it up for 12 – 1215 it’s now 1225 and still have nothing. Calling to get a refund. Don’t order from here if you’re on a schedule.

I put in a cash delivery and I got a call over an hour later from the store refusing to deliver my order saying they can’t take cash orders. They told me they called me right away when I made the order and left a voicemail, which was not true. This was the first call I received and I didn’t have any new voicemails.
If you can’t take cash, don’t even have it as an option. Telling me you can’t turn your cash option off online? That isn’t on the customer, that is on you as a business. If you are the manager like you say, you need to do better. Deliver it yourself even, if you don’t have any drivers like you say.
If I choose to pay with cash and it’s accepted when I make the order, you should follow through. It is not my fault you are going through a “third party”. I made the order on the actual website. Very disappointing, frustrating, and a waste of time.

I went here after going to a musical at the NDSU festival hall, and it was very nice despite the weather. The prices were surprisingly low, and it was extremely fast preparation. I got the number seven, which is the first time that I’ve had it and I really enjoyed it. Even the pop from the pop machine tasted very nice, which isn’t something that’s common. I have debated coming here every now and then since I go to this university, but never had the chance so after actually going here, I plan on visiting more often now. I highly recommend this place if you like Jimmy John’s or sandwiches like theirs in general. The only thing that I would say is difficult would be parking. This is more of a walk-in store, not a park and get into the building type. You will have to walk quite a ways if you take a car. The fact that this is positioned very close to campus says that it’s more of a student-targeted restaurant than anything else— so be prepared for that.
