I normally love Jimmy Johns. However, this time I ordered online and they messed up my order to an unrecognizable mess! There was only two workers working that day and after waiting in line for 15 min they both came out, a girl and a guy, from the back to finally service the line. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast-service-type restaurant

This is my go-to JJ they always get my order right and they are always quick. They are the only ones that actually do extra cucumber and cut my sandwiches in half. The employees are also really kind.

Went through the drive thru and it took a really long time when it should have been really quick. Would have been faster if I had gone inside.

Ordered an ultimate Italian and it sure tasted good but I think I got food poisoning from it… later that night I began feeling real bad and then threw up finally. Then my abdomen hurt real bad the rest of the night and I almost went to urgent care.
But I mean it tasted good. Probably won’t be back though.

I called to order have a sandwich delivered after placed order was informed Jimmy Johns does not have a night time delivery person to me if offer delivery should have it will be in touch with corporate and Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint if could would give this location zero stars don’t order from this store and expect delivery in the evening

If you dont enjoy your job just find somewhere else to work. They all seem crabby. When ordering my sandwich they forget pickles. I just ask can i get them on the side no need to remake the sandwich. They end up giving me 3 pickles. Really for a whole sandwich. If you dont enjoy your job find somewhere else to work instead of making people feel uncomfortable. Besides this bad experience when dealing with a happy worker its feels welcome and the food is pretty goo when made right.

It really annoys me that the staff can’t take the time to evenly spread the tuna on my sandwich. Now that I’m driving in my truck I’ll take the time to fix my sandwich I literally just paid someone else to do!!!

Freaky Slow!!! In the drive through for 15 minutes! One car at the window when pulled in. Get to the window and employee says it’s only him and one other guy working. But the other guy was just coming in from his car. Don’t recommend stopping if you’re in a hurry!

My photo is an attempt to contact corporate to let them know of our experience with the customer service at the Eglin Street in Rapid City, South Dakota. I love Jimmy John’s. Their food is so good. This particular location I have had issues with on multiple occasions with customer service. I’m not sure when they decided to start having attitudes at drive-throughs. We happen to have allergies, so we understand complications when we order food and are normally understanding to the workers. This time they just told us they couldn’t accommodate us. All we asked was to switch out salami. No tomatoes. Not only did they say they could not do this through drive thru but then we did it online and they messed up the sandwich. They did switch the meat but still added tomatoes. On the other sandwich we ordered in drive thru they forgot the meat all together. On a beach club no turkey?? There was nothing special about it just a number 12.
