I have ordered here for nearly 2 years. For some reason within the past few months, my order is always wrong and missing items. I called a month ago when it happened the second time. I was missing chips and pop. They said they’d credit my account on the app. Never did. Ordered last night, again missing chips and I got a bottle of Coke when I ordered Diet Coke. I called and asked for a refund which I luckily got.
I don’t know if an employee is stealing items from orders or if they’re really just that incompetent and lazy. This was never an issue before the last few months, so I believe it could be new employees that are messing up this much or stealing. Either way, I am never ordering from this location again.

Delivery had an issue with delivering across the street and had to let me know when he delivered. If something is paid for and even tipped then I shouldn’t as the customer know that you weren’t happy with how far you needed to go to do your job.
Especially when I wasn’t the one to order, it was a sweet surprise from my husband.

Our order wasn’t delivered as they told us they had to use Uber since they didn’t have a driver. Driver never delivered. Told we’d get reimbursed yet no clear pathway or evidence of that happening. Tried to go online to give feedback and there is no clear outlet for feedback on the website. Seems that they’re hiding any opportunity for feedback and now I do not trust Jimmy John’s which was once a fav. Evidently they do not care if there is any problems. I will never go here again at any location if this isn’t rectified.

Horrible service. I walked in about 8 minutes after placing a pick up order for ASAP, not expecting it to be ready, I gave the lady working at the register my name and order, and another worker behind her said it’ll be ready soon. I said no problem and sat down. They had my name and order and I was acknowledged by multiple workers that I was waiting for my order.
Someone finished my order and threw it behind the counter. I sat there for 25, almost 30 minutes waiting for anyone to say it was done, or ready. The app, which I was refreshing, never marked my order as ready for pickup, just that it “was received by the store”. Finally after the 25 minute wait, someone said “What are you waiting for?” and they just had my order the whole time sitting there behind the counter, even though they knew I was there waiting for it. On my way out the worker said “You didn’t ask for it”, even though I was previously acknowledge by MULTIPLE workers for what order I was waiting for. The person sitting behind the register probably saw the order there, and just sat there doing nothing.
Just literally zero communication between anyone, and for a worker to go “You didn’t ask for it” when it’s the first thing I did when I walked in the door is crazy. Even now, over an hour after my order was placed and I picked it up, the app shows it as not ready for pickup. How am I supposed to know? Just sit there and ask over and over?

I’m a hazmat truck driver with chemicals and flammables on my trailer. I ordered from my truck for delivery while sitting in the parking lot, as I can’t leave my load unattended (Mind you, this is the second time ordering from this place . The first time I specifically asked what sandwiches were toasted. The girl told me the names of the combos and I ordered the bootlegger no bacon, add oil and vinegar. I get the sandwich, it’s cold, no mayo, no oil or vinegar with bacon on it. They offered a $15 credit for the next time I order) 35 minutes later I call to see what was going on, the cashier (a girl) asks if I got the food yet. I said no, she said well he’s on his way. (On his way where? I’m right here). Well we go by check order. So you mean to tell me the delivery driver drove right past me to go somewhere else because they ordered first?? So I canceled the order mainly because my break is over. I asked for a refund also for some reason even with using the $15 credit, the total was still an extra $5 for the same order. I thought maybe because I added cheese. I asked for the credit to be placed onto my account so I could use it elsewhere. Some guy gets in the phone very argumentative and nasty saying yeah I’ll void it out and next time we won’t do across the parking lot deliveries. I said that’s fine. I get an email about 3-4 days later saying since the credit was already used they can’t refund and if I had an further concerns to contact their district manager. This was from Kyle the general manager. They’re all some weirdos. I’ll never spend another dime in this crappy establishment!

Ordered a hockey team catering order and some coaches lunch’s for 10:30 pick up right when they opened. I hate to be that person but it was the best time between busy tournament games. I walked in and was greeted so warmly and they were just finishing boxing up everything so perfectly – what incredible service. Thank you!

Thought i would try for the firft time in years and this will be the last time. Over priced with very little meat. I bought a meal was over $17 Jimmy John’s not forme going to stick with jersey mikes.

Food was fast as usual, but they made my sandwich wrong. I even called it in just to have a better chance of the order being right. NO tomatoes and NO cucumber and it had both Obviously some crew members aren’t good at doing orders correctly.

Delivery was ordered online via jimmy johns website, but ended up getting delivered by an uber eats driver. He called and didnt understand where the house was. I gave him very detailed directions, and it took him 12 minutes to just find the house, he said my house doesnt have numbers on the outside when it clearly does and proceeded to tell me to come outside (which wasnt an option for me). Jimmy Johns shouldnt be using a third party to deliver their food if this is the new customer experience. I am let down by jimmy johns saying of freaky fast delivery. Hopefully jimmy johns goes back to their own drivers instead of wasting time and money on uber eats partnership.

First time I ordered delivery- it took a FREAKY long hour and a half. Second time I ordered pick up – sandwich missing toppings and not cut in half as selected for order. Needless to say I don’t think I will be trying this location again.
